Honestly I like that it seems its really someone out to kill everyone who knows Jack is still alive (probably to draw Jack back out) but CTU thinks its connected to Palmer getting shot. And you know, theres gotta be 2 reasons that Tony wasn't killed off yet: 1. Dramatic Death where he'll die in his hospital bed with Jack nearby. 2. He somehows lives this day and saves the day.
