Mole Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 It annoys the crap out of my when the scroll bar guy on the bottom can be moved that much.
The Mandarin Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 Yeah, that's been driving me ape-shit. I too hate sideway scrolling with a passion.
Carnival Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 It's fine for me, maybe you shouldn't use AOL crap.
Guest Princess Leena Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 Fine for me, also. Even on tiny resolutions.
The Metal Maniac Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 I'm using IE, and I have the same problem.
MrRant Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 I have it blocked via Firefox so didn't even notice.
Spaceman Spiff Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 I use FireFox (version 1.0.7), and everything looks OK.
CanadianChris Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 I use FireFox (version 1.0.7), and everything looks OK.
Carnival Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 I was using firefox...it was fine. Opened IE and it's messed up.
Guest Princess Leena Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 Messed up for me on IE, too. And that's with the ads blocked, also.
admin Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 So I am taking that most everyones problems are only Internet Explorer based? I think its the table i created around the ad so that it doesn't make the page jump when it appears. If so I will remove it maybe sometime today and we will see.
admin Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 How is it now? I removed the lock table size...
CanadianChris Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 It's much better on Firefox. There used to be a gap at the top of the page where the ads were supposed to be, and it's gone.
Art Sandusky Posted January 24, 2006 Report Posted January 24, 2006 Man, those ads would always move everything down and make you click on the wrong thing, and then they were gone, and now it's back because people don't like a scrollbar at the bottom of their screen despite it not affecting the readability or spacing of anything?
admin Posted January 24, 2006 Report Posted January 24, 2006 working on a cross browser solution and if the pennies don't start adding up, it won't be worth it. I think the most we have made in a day is $0.37 and like 50 clicks. this does not mean to click the ads to help out more! I am hoping Yahoo will accept my application soon, and they should preform better.
