devo 0 Report post Posted January 26, 2006 I'm very excited for it. I haven't played DDR regularly in nearly two years, but this looks to suck me back into the habit. Lots of great returning songs, plenty of tracks that were formerly home exclusives (Un Deux Trois and Scorching Moon in particular), and Bemani transplants that I've wanted in DDR for years (Love is Orange and murmur twins!) could make this mix good enough to rival Extreme. I am somewhat concerned about it being a US and Europe release only, since American Bemani releases tend to suck hard. From what I've seen, though, they haven't dumbed the game down at all for their intended caucasian audience, which is a great relief. I'll be in the arcade the first day the game shows up. Playing at home just isn't the same; it costs a small fortune to get a pad even close to the real thing. And yeah, I was they would renew the damn liscenses on those four MAX songs already (Ghosts, Flash in the Night, Follow Me, Bye Bye Baby Balloon). spman 0 Report post Posted January 28, 2006 Meh, the fact that for the monet it's only Arcades doesn't excite me at all. I can't think of anyplace anymore that has an up to date arcade anywhere IU've been int he past 2 or 3 years or so. The couple of Dave and Busters I've been to were mostly redemption games, sit down racers, and retro stuff, and all the other Arcades I've been to are even less updated then that. Even when I was in Manhatten in September, the one place I would expect there to be a decent Arcade with newer titles, I saw nothing, no arcades to be found anywhere outside of ESPN Zone that has the same garbage casual gamer games that everyone else had.
