I don't expect the mods to watch the board like hawks for the barest sign of a pbp but when they come right out and admit it then they should maybe do something. There's not much point in having rules if they aren't enforced. I like some of the PBP's but it's annoying because we go through a TON of drama leading up to them getting banned the first time, and eventually we'll have a ton of drama again when they wear out their welcome. Make me a mod and what's the worst that happens? Drama happens, I get de-modded, we get more traffic and shit to talk about in HD. I do nothing, nothing changes.
