J.B. Buzzkill Posted August 22, 2006 Report Posted August 22, 2006 Anyone have the clip of Philly fan going apeshit after the Eagles selected McNabb in '99?
Guest Princess Leena Posted August 22, 2006 Report Posted August 22, 2006 Tecmo Bowl recap of WAS/TB playoff game. DEN/NE. I love these things.
J.B. Buzzkill Posted August 25, 2006 Report Posted August 25, 2006 Robbie Gould, kicker, devourer of souls. GO BRONCOS~! My favorite moment from last year.

Bored Posted August 28, 2006 Author Report Posted August 28, 2006 Found a bunch of new original game footage clips. Someone posted a bunch of Steeler clips but won't post them all here. Immaculate Reception, original footage reshown on NBC in the early 90's Classic finish to the 1996 AFC Championship game The game that wanted me to kill Bubby Brister's mom...who shows up at the end of the clip 1979 MNF Eagles vs. Cowboys, Tony Franklin hits a 59 yard field goal Comp clip of Eric Dickerson's record breaking playoff game against the Cowboys in 1986 Steve Christie's game winning field goal to cap greatest comeback ever Tom Dempsey's 63 yard field goal from 1970, original footage
Slayer Posted August 28, 2006 Report Posted August 28, 2006 Immaculate Reception, original footage reshown on NBC in the early 90's See, this footage (especially the replay) ctually shows what's going on there... much better than that slow-motion-from-the-front footage of the play that NFLF likes to show
Guest Vitamin X Posted August 28, 2006 Report Posted August 28, 2006 One of many Saints miserable mishaps in the comments section: i no i live in new orleans and still do,i remember i was like damn saints lost again and then the mircale play i ran outside and was yelling and crying and my freind calls me and says he missed the kick.....i broke a hole in the wall and hit a stud and cut my hand open hardKore.
Bored Posted September 25, 2006 Author Report Posted September 25, 2006 About time to bump this. Super Bowl VI: Staubach to Ditka touchdown Super Bowl XIII: The Jackie Smith dropped pass The 3rd quarter of Super Bowl III with 1969 commercials and pointless interview with Bob Hope. Pretty good quality too. Clip 1 Clip 2 1990 NFC Championship, 49ers vs. Rams: At about the 3:30 mark an awesome play by Ronnie Lott And these clips I'd seen a month or so ago but didn't post because it's the second worst sports moment of my childhood...the 1991 NFC Championship Game, 49ers vs. Giants. Three plays that ended the 49ers run at a three peat. Leonard Marshall breaks Joe Montana's hand Roger Craig fumble Matt Bahr's game winning field goal
Slayer Posted September 25, 2006 Report Posted September 25, 2006 Speaking of the early 70's Dolphins, someone needs to get the real footage of Garo's classic non-play
HarleyQuinn Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 1996 Giants vs. Jets Highlights on NFL Primetime 1st Carry for Bo Jackson! 1995 Miami Dolphin Season Highlights 1991: Michael Irvin TD vs. Pittsburgh Steelers 1992: Michael Irvin 87 yard TD vs. Cardinals
Vern Gagne Posted September 28, 2006 Report Posted September 28, 2006 Cunningham punted for the Vikings in a game against Buffalo. I believe it was 1997.
Slayer Posted September 28, 2006 Report Posted September 28, 2006 I can't remember... was that Cunningham punt in the 10 pts in 10 seconds 97 playoff game against NY?
Guest Paul Posted September 28, 2006 Report Posted September 28, 2006 This was posted earlier in the thread but the clip was someone using a handheld to record the game off their t.v. so here's a better and more complete clip. Scott Norwood...you know what happens Awesome.

CanadianChris Posted September 28, 2006 Report Posted September 28, 2006 Not really a football highlight, but it did have the longest TD reception in Jets history in there: NBC's postgame show, circa December 1985 Bob Costas is the new Dick Clark.
CanadianChris Posted September 28, 2006 Report Posted September 28, 2006 At least nobody's posted the Jim Marshall wrong-way run, or the last second TD by Arizona. Sorry, Slayer: Jim "Wrong Way" Marshall, courtesy of (I believe) TV's Bloopers and Practical Jokes. Somebody Tecmo Super Bowl'ed McCown to Poole , with the original Vikings radio call. That is still the most anguished I have ever heard a sports announcer.
Guest Princess Leena Posted September 28, 2006 Report Posted September 28, 2006 Here's a Madden version of the MIN at ARI OMGZ NOOOO!!!! play. Classic.
Bored Posted September 28, 2006 Author Report Posted September 28, 2006 That's beautiful. Somebody find the Music City Miracle. Already did. Music City Miracle
Guest Paul Posted September 28, 2006 Report Posted September 28, 2006 . Please delete that. seconded No. It's Parcells history.
Vampiro69 Posted September 28, 2006 Report Posted September 28, 2006 The McCown-Nate Poole plays are awesome. What really makes them great is Paul Allan's call of the play. I think that I like the Tecmo version even better then the madden version.
Slayer Posted September 29, 2006 Report Posted September 29, 2006 To this day I can't watch either the Atlanta FG or the Arizona last-second TD catch
Vern Gagne Posted October 15, 2006 Report Posted October 15, 2006 Not really a football highlight, but it did have the longest TD reception in Jets history in there: NBC's postgame show, circa December 1985 Bob Costas is the new Dick Clark. Stump Mitchell and Todd Blackledge had huge Fantasy games. Was Pete Axthelm drunk? Picture of the infamous PA
MillenniumMan831 Posted October 15, 2006 Report Posted October 15, 2006 The Browns' Eric Metcalf makes fools of the Bengals for his 1st career TD (1989)
