Downhome Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 They should have already turned Brooke, and had her just be a part of this.
ChrisMWaters Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 I have to say that the Hogan rip off looks dead-on minus the muscle mass. I guess this is lame promo segment #2 of the night. Muscle Mass, height, and orange-ness.
The Amazing Rando Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 That sounds like Mean Gene trying to do Hogan.
Omar20003000 Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 He forgot inch... it made the line sound horrible
Conspiracy_Victim Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 Faux Hogan cuts a more coherent promo than Actual Hogan.
Wally Balls Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 Id shit all over the place in excitement if Orton goes over Hogan at Summerslam... maybe they can bring back the legends that we all care about....I.E. The Rock and Austin
Exslade ZX Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 Well...coming from an Orton fan, that was horrible.
Open the Muggy Gate Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 DAMN! He snapped that RKO off!
RonL21 Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 Uhh...I though this was the SuperShow...This reminds me of Thunder on Thursday nights...
Danville_Wrestling Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 This should not have been a live segment. It should have been taped somewhere. HBK's Larry King rip on Hogan was a million times better than this last year.
Downhome Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 That was a segment that could have been entertaining, but then you realize that WWE creative wrote it, and Randy Orton was the centerpiece. Too bad.
Omar20003000 Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 Why do I keep watching this crap... To hope it will get better
BorneAgain Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 I'm curious about the logic of this skit. Does Orton hire actors and tell them he's going to be them up, or just surprise them because he's an asshole?
Precious Roy Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 I can't be the only one who noticed who was playing Nick Hogan there. That was pretty sweet. And sour
EdwardKnoxII Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 Saw THAT comming. Hell I forgot Orton and King had some beef and I was watching it last week.
Gary Floyd Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 Why do I keep watching this crap... Because just like the rest of us, you are some kind of masochist.
RonL21 Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 Am I the only one who thinks Armando Alejandro Estrada is the best thing on Raw.....Hell the best thing on WWE period...He never lets me down..
JustJoe2k5 Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 I can't be the only one who noticed who was playing Nick Hogan there. That was pretty sweet. And sour Who was it?
MarvinisaLunatic Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 I bet we get the exploding cigar from cartoons joke..
Wally Balls Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 I like Armando....but Im not a fan of Umaga...he woul dbe better with CArlito
Exslade ZX Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 Why do I keep watching this crap... To hope it will get better That's a bs answer. IMO at least. That seems to be the norm response, when people say 'then stop watching' to people who say they hate the product. But you could always stop watching, until you read/are told that things have gotten better, before you watch again.
Omar20003000 Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 You know the funny thing is that I read an article about a McMahon interview about cigars and why he NEVER had the urge to come on screen with a cigar... and it talked about Shane using that same line
Danville_Wrestling Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 I'd like to note that my dad came down to watch the show (he's not a wrestling fan and I think the last show he watched was in 1998) and after watching the last 42 minutes he looked at me and said "why are you watching this crap?" I told him I was mostly paying attention simply because of this message board and said it was kinda like a car wreck effect. He shook his head, got up, and left the room swearing to never watch a wrestling show again. No wonder wrestling is so uncool now.
Precious Roy Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 I can't be the only one who noticed who was playing Nick Hogan there. That was pretty sweet. And sour Who was it? I'll give you a hint: It was NOT Playboy Buddy Rose!
Wally Balls Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 I was hoping they would have smoked the cigars...I woulda laughed...
