There was no hip movement and if you don't have hip movement than you can't be rubbing your penis back and forth on the machine. The penis is stationary with no movement. I will try to demonstrate what the exercise is like for people who don't know. Below is when your legs are extended. This is the starting and finishing portion of the exercise. Below is the "finishing" portion of the exercise (and for those that are interested in all the details this is where ALL the action occured/occurs at). The only thing that moves is your legs, primarily your calves. Your hamstrings and hips stay still. The bench I was using was extremely close to this in design except the bench was at a SLIGHTLY different angle.
