Slayer Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 Hey Andy, Matt Young tried pulling that bit once Do you really want to be like Matt Young
Kinetic Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 Between all of my court cases and such, it's difficult for me to sort through what ideas are my own and what I got from The Onion. I can say without any doubt that you, Felonies!, have dismissed the NFC South, despite the fact that this division has had a representative in every NFC Championship game since realignment, which no other division can claim. And that plenty of people give a shit about Jacksonville. Chocolate socket, indeed.
MrRant Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 I require proof that Kinetic is now a child molester.
Giuseppe Zangara Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 Kinetic's occasional appearance on these fora makes me embarassed that I never left, in spite of whatever accomplishments I've made in the real world.

Kinetic Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 Your use of the word "fora" embarrasses us all. For what it's worth to everyone, I'm now splitting time between Asheville and Hollywood, where I'm a staff writer on the show "Til Death". I wrote the one joke where that big doofus from "Raymond" doesn't get along with his wife. A lot of soul searching went into that.
Guest Felonies! Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 Sellout. What happened to the military thing?
Kinetic Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 My brother actually did the military thing. I did the reckless alcoholic thing until a horrifying bout with swollen lymph nodes and bloody diarrhea made me reconsider my lifestyle and get in touch with my old buddy, Brad Garrett. The rest is television history.
Guest Montresor Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 I'm a staff writer on the show "Til Death". Has Stephanie McMahon e-mailed you yet?
Guest Hotbutter Spoontoaster Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 Kinetic will not respond to crap like that. At least, he shouldn't.
Giuseppe Zangara Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 I was prepared to insult Kinetic here, but he sent me a wonderful pm, so now I can't. I wish he'd stick around.
Guest Hotbutter Spoontoaster Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 I am happy you two made up.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 Did Andy edit my post to say that I take it in the ass? Because do I ever!
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 Yes yes yes. Andy, you're my big O.
Copper Feel Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 This thread has fractured my fragile little eyes.

I tried telling him that earlier this year, but he still wasn't convinced
Slayer Posted September 24, 2006 Report Posted September 24, 2006 Found in the same search for the previous link I can laugh in turn when it's cold comfort for the Bears... to be the NFL's answer to the Padres and then quickly get killed by a much better wild-card team from the East or South They didn't quite Padre it up, but they did pull off the latter.
Guest Felonies! Posted September 24, 2006 Report Posted September 24, 2006 You're goin' down tomorrow.
kkktookmybabyaway Posted September 24, 2006 Report Posted September 24, 2006 I wonder how many people opened this at work. Say, KKK has been quiet lately... I've learned to stay away from a few folders here while at the job.

Okay, yeah. When's the last time the Bears won a playoff game? I think even the Lions have done that more recently. EDIT: During the 1994-95 postseason, they beat the Vikings (wow three teams from the NFC Central were in the playoffs that year!) and lost to the Niners the next round. The 1991-92 Lions in the postseason beat the Cowboys and lost to the eventual SB Champion Redskins next round. So, it's still close.
Guest Felonies! Posted September 24, 2006 Report Posted September 24, 2006 I remember that season. That was when the Niners wore cool uniforms and beat the shit out of the Chargers. For some reason, I remember watching football in 3rd grade.
Guest Vitamin X Posted September 24, 2006 Report Posted September 24, 2006 yeah 1994 was a horrible year for jerseys in football, though. For some reason the Packers wore this all year: I mean, what the fuck? Where's the green? And the Bears, funny enough: Also, is this what you're talking about, Czech?
Ed Wood Caulfield Posted September 24, 2006 Report Posted September 24, 2006 yeah 1994 was a horrible year for jerseys in football, though. For some reason the Packers wore this all year: That was for the 75th anniversary of the NFL.

The Black'n'Blue also sent three teams in '93 and in '99 In 1997, they picked up all three of the WC spots and sent four teams to the playoffs (GB, Detroit, Minnesota and Tampa in their coming out year)
snuffbox Posted September 24, 2006 Report Posted September 24, 2006 They didn't wear those throwback jerseys all season did they? I seem to remember them using both and it really confused my young mind.
The Niggardly King Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 I remember that season. That was when the Niners wore cool uniforms and beat the shit out of the Chargers. For some reason, I remember watching football in 3rd grade. I really fucking hate that year.
