CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2006 This San Diego offence is scary-looking. They absolutely shredded the Ravens' D on the opening drive.
LaParkaMarka 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2006 Too bad Rivers tossed a bad pick on the next drive which led to the Ravens tying it up.

J.B. Buzzkill 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2006 Holy crap that onside kick was awesome. I'm not a Jets fan in the slightest, but fuck the Colts.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Report post Posted October 1, 2006 The Colts will re-adjust. They were dominating the line on both sides of the ball earlier.

razazteca 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2006 How much $$$ did the Cowboys waste on the kicker? Missing the redzone FG should be grounds for Parcells to say "YOU'RE FIRED!" or "JERRY JONES YOU'RE AN IDIOT!"
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2006 Mike Vandersuck misses from 26 yards out and it remains 14-3 Dallas Owens dropped one in the end zone but he has the excuse of playing with one hand after making a nice catch on a deep ball. Kicking is going to kill the Cowboys again this season.

LaParkaMarka 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2006 Anyone watching SD/BAL? SD's kicker just hit a 54 yard FG, and then tried to do a jumping chest bump with someone. The kicker hits the chest, gets knocked backwards, and keeps on rollin. Kinda like one of those clothesline oversells. It was great.

Edwin MacPhisto 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2006 And that was Vince Young just leading a very nice 2-minute drill. How about that.
Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2006 And that was Vince Young just leading a very nice 2-minute drill. How about that. Which he promtly follows up with an Interception a minute into the second half. Still better than Kerry Collins i guess.
naiwf 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2006 Cedric Houston looks like he blew out a knee and the Jets just threw away 3 points on 4th down from about the 2. Mangina's an idiot. How do you not take the points against the Colts?
Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted October 1, 2006 Anyone watching the Miami/Houston game? Mario Williams just got his first two career sacks, in a row. Houston's stadium is really loud, too. Man, when I see fans of an 0-3 team that had the #1 pick in the drraft this past year jsut totally blow away anything that Miami's fans have to offer, it makes me believe this city doesn't deserve any kind of professional sport. Also, if Houston's line was any better, they would be one of the better teams in the league. That's how crucial having a great offensive line is. David Carr is a fucking G, by the way. I'd be happy to have him as a Packer post-Favre, if there were a chance. He's so used to getting sacked and just getting right back up and throwing hard, it's amazing. Guest Report post Posted October 1, 2006 Miami sucks because their offensive line sucks. Bottom line.
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2006 Albert Haynesworth might have won the asshole of the year award late in the third quarter. He kicked off the helmet of the Dallas center and then stomped him on the face. Hayneworth got ejected and Gurode came back with a big bandage on his head. Haynesworth should be gone for at least 3 games or more cause that was below cheap.
teke184 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2006 Two things... 1. It looks like the rumors of KC's demise are greatly exaggerated (Up 34-0 on a SF team that had been somewhat competitive up until this game) 2. The Saints are getting a LOT of breaks their way in the 2nd half. Combine that with Drew Brees' competent QB play (as opposed to Aaron Brooks' Keystone Kops routine) and you've got a Saints lead. naiwf 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2006 wow, kurt warner is really fucking useless. Welcome to 2002 my friend. He's been useless for 5 years, yet some people in positions of power think that'll change even though he can't grip the football (43 fumbles in his last 32 games) or maintain a positive TD/INT ratio (26 to 29). Speaking of washed up has beens, does anyone else remember when Jamal Lewis was a franchise RB?

2GOLD 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2006 Houston needs a secondary. They are absolutely horrible when it comes to coverage. Half the time they look confused and the other half they don't even look like they are aware the ball was snapped.

naiwf 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2006 Jets 21, Colts 17, WTF? Had they just kicked the FG last time they'd be in business. BTW, Indy has no timeouts abd they may not get the ball back after this possession since there's 8:06 to go and the Colts can't stop the run for shit. Half the time they look confused and the other half they don't even look like they are aware the ball was snapped. 17-9 Houston has the lead with 3:00 to go. Luckily for them, Miami needs a line. If Houston starts getting pressure, MAYBE their secondary will be fine. But if they try to drop into coverage, Miami will find the end zone. And Vince Young just got intercepted for a touchdown and now fumbled the ball on back to back drives. Poor kid. The starters are out of the game for the Cowboys in Tennessee. 45-14. Ouch. naiwf 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2006 Colts score, and the Jets trail by the 3 points the coach didn't take from the 2 yard line earlier. Should NY lose, Mangini will be MURDERED by the fans and media for that blunder regardless of the fact that the Colts were huge favorites. EDIT: Justin Miller just went 103 yds for the Kick Return TD. HO-LY SHIT! Granted Peyton will probably just go right back down and win the game again anyway, but wow.
