Ravenbomb Posted November 20, 2006 Report Posted November 20, 2006 Is it just me, or does the Coke in the Christmas-themed cans taste a little different from the Coke in the regular cans? I just drank a regular can and now I'm drinking a Christmas can and it tastes a little different, just like every year...
alfdogg Posted November 20, 2006 Report Posted November 20, 2006 I bet it's the same as the Holiday Spice stuff that Pepsi had a couple years ago.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted November 20, 2006 Report Posted November 20, 2006 The Chirstmas themed cans were filled 5 years ago and stored in a wherehouse until now, probably.
Star Ocean 3 Posted November 20, 2006 Report Posted November 20, 2006 Wasn't there Holiday Spice Pepsi? That was great.
the max Posted November 20, 2006 Report Posted November 20, 2006 Since they're taking the Christ out of Christmas, it had to go somewhere.
Smartly Pretty Posted November 21, 2006 Report Posted November 21, 2006 There is in fact a reason for this. It's explained in this book I had in 5th grade "Why do clocks run clockwise" but I don't remember what it is.
Ravenbomb Posted November 21, 2006 Author Report Posted November 21, 2006 oh, I have that book, I can look it up right now EDIT: No, that was about bottles vs. cans
Ravenbomb Posted November 22, 2006 Author Report Posted November 22, 2006 Oh, I can't stay mad at someone with Delirious in their AV
Guest NYankees Posted December 1, 2006 Report Posted December 1, 2006 Where is the holiday spice this year? I miss the taste of it.
haws bah gawd Posted December 1, 2006 Report Posted December 1, 2006 I never tried the Holiday Spice Pepsi, but the local gas station has some Holiday Spice Coffee. It owns me at the moment.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted December 3, 2006 Report Posted December 3, 2006 The Chirstmas themed cans were filled 5 years ago and stored in a wherehouse until now, probably. Not that long ago, but you have the right idea.
Vampiro69 Posted December 11, 2006 Report Posted December 11, 2006 Remember last year when Coke decided not to use Santa on their cans?
Toshiaki Koala Posted December 18, 2006 Report Posted December 18, 2006 As well they should have. The image of Santa Claus is incredibly offensive to people who don't believe that God incarnated Himself in human form, died for the sins of man, and was resurrected to sit at the right hand of the Father, His sacrifice serving as a gateway through which all mankind may enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
