Zetterberg is God Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 The Bills look like they're on their way to another victory. Losman has played extremely well despite the crappy weather and the defense has given the Dolphins nothing. They're still a longshot for the playoffs but the fact they're still in it is a good sign for the team and its future.
Guest Princess Leena Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 That's great weather for December 17. I think Losman has played well enough for me to call him Jonathan Paul.
teke184 Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 The Saints need to stop Betts and the Redskins here, then hope for a good drive. EDIT- DAMMIT, 1st down Redskins
snuffbox Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 The Pack just cant put away these powerhouse Lions.
Hawk 34 Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 I turned away from the TB/CHI game for the other game and I looked back and now it's 7 pt game. What happened? Did Grossman go Grossman?
teke184 Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 TD-saving tackle on 3rd down for the Saints. If they can stop the Redskins here, they can drive for the win. EDIT- FG, Redskins. 6 point lead.
Guest "Go, Mordecai!" Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 I turned away from the TB/CHI game for the other game and I looked back and now it's 7 pt game. What happened? Did Grossman go Grossman? Hester got hit hard, ball popped out, easy subsequent touchdown, but a Benson TD has it back to a 14-point Chicago lead.
teke184 Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 1st down, Saints, at the 50 with 3 minutes left on a 4th and 5. EDIT- Another 1st down for the Saints in Redskin territory on a 3rd and 10. EDIT- Swing pass to Bush brings them to 1st and 10 at the Redskins 21 EDIT- 3rd and 6 on the Redskins 15 EDIT 4th and 8 EDIT Stopped by Carlos Rogers, game Redskins.
Guest Princess Leena Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Miami is eliminated from playoff contention.
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Nice to see the Saints back their asses into the playoffs. If Bears hold on, HFA!
CanadianChris Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 I can't believe I thought Carolina had the best shot to win an NFC wild card two weeks ago. They're getting laughed off their own field by the Steelers, 37-3. The Steelers are STILL not out of playoff contention at this point. The Giants-Eagles winner will have one spot pretty much locked up. As for the other...hell if I know.
snuffbox Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Really good running drive for Green Bay and it ends with Vernon Morency's second td of the game.
The Robfather Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Saints offense looked like crap today.
MillenniumMan831 Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Well, for the 1st time in the 60 years the Browns have been around (well 57 years if you don't count 96-98), they do not get a divisional win. All I want before I die is to see the Browns get to the Super Bowl. I figure I got about 50 more years in front of me.
Hawk 34 Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Baltimore locks up the playoff berth. Still waits to see what happens with Indy regarding the #2 spot. Tennessee, with anouther victory today is probably going to supplant Miami's spot as the trendy pre-season pick next year. Actually, still have an outside shot at the playoffs but isn't that unlikely but who knows right now with everyone trying not to win.
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Fucking Jacksonville. That's the last time they burn me.
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Tampa ties up. Yeah Bears might wanna get that noose ready.
NoCalMike Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Well the Redskins have somewhat of a blue-print for other D-Coordinators on how to slow the Saints' offense.
CanadianChris Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Cutler to Walker for 54, 7-0 Broncos. Beautiful pass. How did CBS' A-team get assigned this game?
Hawk 34 Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 I don't get Denver this weekend, I must have done something good. Also, way to blow this game Chicago.
snuffbox Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Green Bay gets their second win at Lambeau this year 17-9. Defense played very well, running was good down the stretch, and Favre adds the all-time completions record to his resume.
Guest "Go, Mordecai!" Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 It wasn't even Rex's fault this time.
Guest Paul Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Shockey sniffing ammonia at the START of a game makes me laugh for some reason.
Hawk 34 Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Apparently you can't blow on the balls. Whoever is calling this game for FOX is making an issue out of it.
CanadianChris Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Amazingly, Green Bay is still in the playoff hunt. They'll be a game back of Atlanta and the Giants-Eagles loser.
Hawk 34 Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 You know what all this complicated playoff stuff needs? a TIE. C'mon, play for something here TB.
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Chicago should have this in the bag. HFA!
Guest "Go, Mordecai!" Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 You know what all this complicated playoff stuff needs? a TIE. C'mon, play for something here TB. Yeah, but if the Bears get this takeaway like they should, it should be over soon.
