CBright7831 Posted December 14, 2006 Report Posted December 14, 2006 If this movie does well, then I assure you that we'll get a movie featuring Krypto the Superdog or Ace the Bathound by 2009.
Guest Smues Posted December 14, 2006 Report Posted December 14, 2006 A non-animated Underdog movie? This is a joke right? Has to be. Yep, it's a joke. That's the last I'll hear of this! (Hey Smues, Garfield, Scooby Doo, Garfield 2, Scooby Doo 2) Fuck. Will Bill Murray voice Underdog?
Guest Vitamin X Posted December 14, 2006 Report Posted December 14, 2006 Well at least it'll be better than that piece of shit Superman movie from this year.
Dobbs 3K Posted December 14, 2006 Report Posted December 14, 2006 C'mon, it's a flying doggy. It will make millions.
Guest Smues Posted December 14, 2006 Report Posted December 14, 2006 If this movie does well, then I assure you that we'll get a movie featuring Krypto the Superdog or Ace the Bathound by 2009. Knowing the way the studios think they'll probably rush together a Krypto movie so that it can be released within 2 months of Underdog.
razazteca Posted December 14, 2006 Report Posted December 14, 2006 Are Cedric the Entertainer, Steve Harvey, Mike Epps, Kal Penn in this movie?
ChrisMWaters Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 Here's another: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horton_Hears_...o%21_%28film%29
Guest Smues Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 Here's another: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horton_Hears_...o%21_%28film%29 Die Hollywood. Die. But I guess at least it's animated and not Mike Myers in hidious make-up. Jim Carrey will provide the voice of Horton Because ruining The Grinch wasn't enough?
The Amazing Rando Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 Apparently Underdog will be voiced by Jason Lee. At least I think that's what IMDB is saying.
LivingLegendGaryColeman Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 Apparently Underdog will be voiced by Jason Lee. At least I think that's what IMDB is saying. Yeah, I read Jason Lee signed on to the project a while back too. The images though... just wow. Also, how many problems you think are going to come up with slogan "One Nation... Under Dog"? I see a bunch of religious group commotion coming about.
Guest Princess Leena Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 Cute doggy. Well, at least it will be better than those Garfield abominations.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 During the Fall Parade in my town back in the day, there was a mentally retarded lady who would dress up as Underdog every year and run around in the parade route making guest appearences. Funny shit, would air on TV. She'd bark and jump around. is this Direct to DVD?
SuperJerk Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 Well at least it'll be better than that piece of shit Superman movie from this year. Blow me.
iggymcfly Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 This looks awesome. I'd totally go see this movie. He's... a dog... that's a superhero. What more could you want?
ChrisMWaters Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 This looks awesome. I'd totally go see this movie. He's... a dog... that's a superhero. What more could you want? Cameo by Tennessee Tuxedo?
Hogan Made Wrestling Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 I was sure this thread was going to be about "American Pie presents: the Naked Mile".
Ravenbomb Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 Poor Eugene Levy. Also, how many of those STV sequels are they going to give the lazy "oh, it's another one of Stifler's brothers!" plots?
Guest Smues Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 Maybe they'll use the same dog for a Hong Kong Phooey movie.
Guest Smues Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 Oh FUCK YOU Hollywood. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0772171/ I was JOKING, JOKING.
CBright7831 Posted December 15, 2006 Author Report Posted December 15, 2006 At this point, I'm surprised Jabberjaw hasn't got a movie yet.
Lil' Bitch Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 They're making an American remake of Oldboy.
Ginger Snaps Posted December 16, 2006 Report Posted December 16, 2006 C'mon, it's a flying doggy. It will make millions. Sad but true. I had to go see Happy Feet with my little nephew recently. It was maybe the worst animated movie I've ever seen, but the kids in the movie theater loved it. This movie will be just as bad and make tens of millions.
Toshiaki Koala Posted December 16, 2006 Report Posted December 16, 2006 They're making an American remake of Oldboy. That could be quite good. If not, the original will still exist, and the remake will lead more people to see it.
Vern Gagne Posted December 16, 2006 Report Posted December 16, 2006 Poor Eugene Levy. Also, how many of those STV sequels are they going to give the lazy "oh, it's another one of Stifler's brothers!" plots? Poor Eugene Levy? More like for shame Eugene Levy
razazteca Posted December 16, 2006 Report Posted December 16, 2006 How about another Christopher Guest production with the usual cast of Eugene Levy, Harry Shear, etc., about "An Idiot's Guide to...." book authors.
King Kamala Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Poor Eugene Levy. Also, how many of those STV sequels are they going to give the lazy "oh, it's another one of Stifler's brothers!" plots? Poor Eugene Levy? More like for shame Eugene Levy I wonder how often Eugene Levy sits on the set of movies like those and The Man and New York Minute and wonders "When is Christopher Guest going to make another movie?" I love Eugene Levy but he needs to fire his agent.
Guest Vitamin X Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Well at least it'll be better than that piece of shit Superman movie from this year. Blow me. The truth hurts.
Ginger Snaps Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Yeah that Superman movie could have been a lot better.
SuperJerk Posted December 18, 2006 Report Posted December 18, 2006 Yes, but that doesn't mean it was a "piece of shit". It was a fine movie, but just not the movie that the fans had been waiting 20 years to see.
