King Kamala Posted February 2, 2007 Report Posted February 2, 2007 And I thought season 3 was the best. But even the worst season of The Wire is better than 99% of any other tv Exactly, it's such an amazing show. You could build a case for any of the seasons being the best one. Back to the thread topic; I was dragged to Final Fantasy and my God- what a forgettable movie. The only thing I remember was contemplating whether I should sneak into Scary Movie 2 (Which was just as bad) and being overjoyed that practically everyone in the movie died.
Guest CWMwasmurdered Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 I was extremely happy when Tara died on Buffy, I don't really know why, but she annoyed the hell out of me.
Youth N Asia Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 I was JUST starting to like Tara when they killed her, honestly, like an episode or two before she got gunned down
SuperJerk Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 Though I never saw the show, I saw this on a special called 100 most memorable TV moments. It had actress Diane Muldaur as a acharacter named Rosaland. She was talking to another character casually, the elevator doors open. She steps in...and there's no elevator. She falls to her death. As they said she wast the bitch character for the show that season, and how funny her character's reaction to it was, it just made me laugh despite never watching that series. Rosalind Shays, LA Law. Wiki calls it a "jump the shark" moment, and the episode was called "Good To The Last Drop". I'd agree with this since that's about when I quit watching.
Mik Posted February 4, 2007 Author Report Posted February 4, 2007 And I'm currently watching season 2 of the Wire. There is one character, and don't spoil it, but if he dies... I'll be doing cartwheels in my fucking living room. He was the inspiration for this thread. Is it Ziggy? He was cool for a little while. But season 2 was the weakest season, I didn't love the dock storyline Am I the only one who really enjoyed Season 2( Then again I really enjoyed all four seasons)? I mean it's behind only the first in terms of my favorite. I thought the dock storyline brought a fresh perspective on urban strife. If any season was slightly weak, I thought it was Season 3, the season just took too long to set up the main plot IMO. Yeah, it was Ziggy. Man, what a trainwreck of a character. I just finished Season 2. Solid stuff. Probably will start 3 after the game tonight or tomorrow.
Guest Smues Posted April 13, 2007 Report Posted April 13, 2007 That Graciala Reyes girl on that piece of shit show Judging Amy. That made me so happy, especially when Amy starts to break down. "NO THIS IS NOT HOW THIS ENDS!" yes it is hahahahahahaha.
Ravenbomb Posted April 14, 2007 Report Posted April 14, 2007 The creepy pedophiles in Running Scared.
Star Ocean 3 Posted April 14, 2007 Report Posted April 14, 2007 Coach in Cheers I mean, cuz Woody was funnier. Not that I'm happy he died or anything.
Atticus Chaos Posted April 14, 2007 Report Posted April 14, 2007 Shannon on Lost: bad actress and a one dimensional character who brought absolutely nothing to the table. Her and Sayid were possibly the least believable couple in the history of television. I was actually sorry to see Ana Lucia die on Lost. Granted, Michelle Rodriguez was doing her 476th tough chick role, but she was still one of the more entertaining characters on the show.
CheesalaIsGood Posted April 14, 2007 Report Posted April 14, 2007 In For Your Eyes Only when Roger Moore kicks that guy in the car off the cliff.
