KingPK Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 After a good first day, my money bracket is being demolished right now.
jwpeer Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 Wisconsin is ... TWO of 14 (2-14) on field goals right now. That's truly ugly.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 "LBSU's coach is getting fired win or lose, lol." WHAT? Against a Tennessee team that could be an Elite 8 contender?
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 Bradshaw could throw a beach ball at the net and it'd swish in.
jwpeer Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 So wouldn't it be cool if Wisconsin doesn't even score over 10 points in the first half. That'd be a record ;p
Mecca Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 "When I heard we were playing (No. 3 seed) Texas A&M I was like 'Wow, that's a tough matchup right off the bat,'" Wisconsin star Alando Tucker said. "And then they said Corpus Christi and I'm like, 'Oh, OK.'" So Alando...........
Open the Muggy Gate Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 In Summury of the past ten minutes: Winthrop just lit a fire under their ass. Tennessee/Long Beach St. is fucking awesome right now. Creighton and Nevada is there. WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH WISCONSIN?
jwpeer Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 i want to be at home WATCHING wisconsin vs. TXAMCC...so mad, work sucks...so lame. ;p All these games sound good. At least I got to watch VCU crush duke last night and Pitt win...tonight Kevin Durant...but all the good games are on right now
KingPK Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 Hey, MMOD DOES have full games available. They've got all of yesterday's up and UNLV/GT from earlier today.
iggymcfly Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 I've got to say, Winthrop looks amazing right now. If they play like this, they're going to destroy Oregon.
Guest Sabu Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 I'm actually shocked right now that Wisconsin is doing this fucking bad. I mean, Brian Butch didn't score ALL of their offense.
snuffbox Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 So wouldn't it be cool if Wisconsin doesn't even score over 10 points in the first half. That'd be a record ;p I fail to see where that scenerio would be cool.
Guest Queen Leelee Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 Wisconsin is shooting so badly right now... They're gonna come back eventually, but it's gonna be close at the end, no matter what.
KingPK Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 (edited) Wisconsin's shooting barely 15% right now. That can't possibly last. Edited March 16, 2007 by KingPK
jwpeer Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 Because watching power teams lay eggs is mean-spiritedly satisfying. And their offense needs Butch (Edit, thanks for pointing this out, dumb me.) to get defenders off their jump shooters, they have no other inside presence at all, and no one but tucker can create their own shot. It's not a very deep team.
Open the Muggy Gate Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 I got a feeling where it'll end up like Conn/Albany last year. Albany was up 10 with 10 to go, and the Huskies said "That's it, we're Conneticut." and they went off and won by 10.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 All those who said Wisconsin would crush Not That Texas A & M forgot that the #15 seed's star player is "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels.
Guest Sabu Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 At least Winthrop is killing, which delights me. I'd love to see an Oregon-Winthrop second round game.
jwpeer Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 I just don't see where Wisconsin can get the -offense- to come up with a huge run... Uconn had weapons last year, the badgers have Alando tucker and nothing else. They've NEVER been good offensively this year.
snuffbox Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 Because watching power teams lay eggs is mean-spiritedly satisfying. And their offense needs bush to get defenders off their jump shooters, they have no other inside presence at all, and no one but tucker can create their own shot. It's not a very deep team. BUTCH. And Stiemsa & Krabbenhoft filled in BIG in the Big Ten tournament.
Guest Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 Wisconsin will turn it on. But will A&M-CC's shooting go dead? Part of me doesn't know if that will happen.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 I was at UConn Vs. Albany last year. As a diehard Nova homer it would've been the greatest sports moment ever for me. Stanford's callin' Wisconsin in about an hour, "Hey you guys wanna play some XBox?"
Guest Eagle Man Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 I had Wisconsin going deep in the bracket I did for my dad, but HAHAHA. Fuck you, Wisconsin.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 What city is the Wisconsin game at? I didn't know "Big Ten Conference" was a city, CBS.
Corkscrew_Senton Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 All those who said Wisconsin would crush Not That Texas A & M forgot that the #15 seed's star player is "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels. Outstanding
Guest Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 At the first second that LBSU goes down by 25, the first person to post an av and sig for me gets it for two months, and you can change it once every 2 weeks if you want. Member title too.
CanadianChris Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 What city is the Wisconsin game at? I didn't know "Big Ten Conference" was a city, CBS. Chicago.
