Not that it means much, considering the Sabres can get away with it, with their opponents. And Ottawa definitely has the better defensemen... I think Buffalo can be exploited after Tallinder/Lydman. Spacek blows. If we lose to Ottawa, they better win it all. Doin' it for the conference.

They've been controlling the puck much better than New Jersey throughout the series and getting a lot more chances. Brodeur's the only reason that the Devils have been so tight every game. I think Ottawa's got a great shot to win the Cup this year.

I'm all too familiar with them. Then again, the Bruins essentially got Sturm, Kobasew and Ference for him.

Where the fuck are Datsyuk and Zetterberg on the road already for Christ's sake? And wow, a powerplay goal on the road for once, but of course one against to nulify that. I can't understand how teams can score one even strength goal a game and it's good enough. This team is just too frustrating sometimes.

Remember it's a 7 game series, It's not over yet. Hopefully the return of Homer will spark the scoring. And Lang & Samuelsson looked like they had a spark up their ass tonight....About damn time

They're not playing like men. You listen to Lindy. When the Rangers are going to sit back and not let you cross the line, you dump the puck in and make their defensemen pay. Then when the puck is at net, you make Lunqvist pay. You win the puck. You play desperate hockey for sixty fucking minutes. I don't give a fuck if you think you're the better team. If you think you'll win 10-1, then you fucking win 11-1 and 12-1. You kill. Attempting to stick handle past everyone like Connolly did works 1 out of 50 times, and he didn't score anyway. And try fucking scoring, it's easy for Lundqvist to look good when you're constantly shooting at his chest. Why try getting rebounds when you're a bunch of fucking sissy girls anyway. Well, other than Zubrus and Vanek. But, they can't do everything. Friday, there better be a lot of Rangers laying on their ass and aggressive offensive play for 60 minutes.
cd213 Posted May 2, 2007 Report Posted May 2, 2007 I think the lose of Game 2 might have been a good thing for the Rangers. They learned that they can stay with this team. Both teams did what they had to though, they held home ice. Now it's up to the Rangers to see if they can steal home ice, and up to the Sabers to try to make sure that doesn't happen. This series has become a best of 3 now, and as a Rangers fan I can only hope that they have enough left in them to be able to take the next two games.

Buffalo needs to come out next game ready to kill. They just let one of the best teams down the stretch back into their series. They need to win Game 5, or I don't think they advance.
