Yeah, basically this is the code so you can hack into HD-DVDs decryption software so you will be able to burn them and what not.

Its the HD-DVD decryption key, for the current Linux users here to watch HD-DVD on their computers. What does this mean in the future? More programs like DVD Shrink coming out to allow consumers the ability to easily backup their DVDs so when kids scratch them you aren't out $20+.
