Sideburnious Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 ...Is this Barbaqueing inside or outside?
treble Posted May 15, 2007 Author Report Posted May 15, 2007 I assume outside. We just got this notice today, I'm wondering what else would get us terimated.
Guest George's Box Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 Your landlord will be check in on you a very day.
treble Posted May 15, 2007 Author Report Posted May 15, 2007 I also assume we're allowed multiple air conditioners.
Guest Smues Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 Wait, they charge extra if you get your own air conditioner? If you're paying your own electricity then that's really lame.
Guest Why2J Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 Well, the air conditioner has to contact the office, not the tenant, so I can only assume the air conditioner also pays the extra charge. Sort of like a useful room mate.
Guest Vitamin X Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 I'm guessing they just mean that they charge extra to install the air conditioner. See what bad grammar, spelling, and punctuation can cause, kids?
treble Posted May 15, 2007 Author Report Posted May 15, 2007 Wait, they charge extra if you get your own air conditioner? If you're paying your own electricity then that's really lame. No, electricity is included in the rent. There aren't many places to put an air conditioner in here, anyway.
DrVenkman PhD Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 The opening statement makes it sound like the notice is for people BBQing while standing still or "stopped".
Guest Smues Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 Watch out they're going to terimate you. Do you have a scanner or digital camera? I'd love to see this awesome notice.
treble Posted June 21, 2007 Author Report Posted June 21, 2007 We have 8 visitors parking spaces, if you need an overnight parking pass, please contact management call (number) or in office for one. Do not park, in another tenant's parking space at anytime, as our alterative will be to have it towed. Thank you, Management.
Guest Vitamin X Posted June 21, 2007 Report Posted June 21, 2007 That overuse of commas, makes it sound, like Leena, posting.

Dandy Posted June 25, 2007 Report Posted June 25, 2007 I can't stand to see businesses use an apostrophe before the "s" when making plurals.
treble Posted July 11, 2007 Author Report Posted July 11, 2007 Attention: At this time I would like to inform you at Kensington 11, beware that over the next six weeks we are having many contractor's here doing repair's, painting around your balcony's, window's men replacing thee roof , also the parking lot will be paved. The main entrance, and the east end are having the block's removed and replaced.. NOTE SOMEONE MAY BE AROUND YOUR WINDOW'S & DOOR'S .They are working on this beginning today.
Dandy Posted July 11, 2007 Report Posted July 11, 2007 Are your landlords Asian? At my favorite Chinese buffet, they have a sign that says "CAUTION SWING DOOR."
treble Posted July 14, 2007 Author Report Posted July 14, 2007 Dear Tenants's Notice Visitor PARKing at back of building #'s 21-22-23-24-25-26-27 Please advise all your guest's! ONly TENANT'S with Newly assigned parking spot's will be notified. ALL other tenant's Continue to park in your usual parking spot THANK'S Lois P
treble Posted July 14, 2007 Author Report Posted July 14, 2007 I think I should point out the stupidity of moving the visitors spots to the back of the lot. Now, if someone has someone over, they have to park out back and walk all the way around to the front rather than just across the parking lot from where those spots were before. They also have to drive all the around the lot to a spot that's harder to find and I'm sure some will end up parking in a tenant's spot, which will piss people off.
Guest Vitamin X Posted July 15, 2007 Report Posted July 15, 2007 Well, they've certainly shown they aren't exactly the smartest bunch, haven't they?
treble Posted July 15, 2007 Author Report Posted July 15, 2007 I think it's because some cars got scratched up a few weeks ago (mine included) and she wants more tenant spots where she can see them from her apartment. Of course, this only works if she's sitting at her window 24/7. Still really stupid, though.
