Wait, they charge extra if you get your own air conditioner? If you're paying your own electricity then that's really lame.

Well, the air conditioner has to contact the office, not the tenant, so I can only assume the air conditioner also pays the extra charge. Sort of like a useful room mate.

No, electricity is included in the rent. There aren't many places to put an air conditioner in here, anyway.

We have 8 visitors parking spaces, if you need an overnight parking pass, please contact management call (number) or in office for one.

 

Do not park, in another tenant's parking space at anytime, as our alterative will be to have it towed.

Attention:

At this time I would like to inform you at Kensington 11, beware that over the next six weeks we are having many contractor's here doing repair's, painting around your balcony's, window's men replacing thee roof , also the parking lot will be paved. The main entrance, and the east end are having the block's removed and replaced..

 

NOTE SOMEONE MAY BE AROUND YOUR WINDOW'S & DOOR'S .They are working on this beginning today.

I think I should point out the stupidity of moving the visitors spots to the back of the lot. Now, if someone has someone over, they have to park out back and walk all the way around to the front rather than just across the parking lot from where those spots were before. They also have to drive all the around the lot to a spot that's harder to find and I'm sure some will end up parking in a tenant's spot, which will piss people off.

I think it's because some cars got scratched up a few weeks ago (mine included) and she wants more tenant spots where she can see them from her apartment. Of course, this only works if she's sitting at her window 24/7. Still really stupid, though.
