Surely, many of you remember my ex-fiancee, Melissa Pena, who turned out to be a lying, cheating, drug addicted whore. After a friend mentioned recently that she was more than likely back in jail, I decided to check. I could never have imagined finding what I did.

 

EXHIBIT A

 

I'm not sure what "M PC" stands for (best guess- misdemeanor prior conviction), but 242 is your standard battery charge. 853.7 is failure to appear after written promise. Melissa was locked up for 4 days as a result of these charges.

 

Now we get to the good shit.

 

EXHIBIT B

 

That's right. SHE WAS ARRESTED AGAIN ON THE SAME DAY WHICH SHE GOT RELEASED FROM JAIL. This time, it was felony assault.

 

The charge:

 

245. (a) (1) Any person who commits an assault upon the person of

another with a deadly weapon or instrument other than a firearm or by

any means of force likely to produce great bodily injury shall be

punished by imprisonment in the state prison for two, three, or four

years, or in a county jail for not exceeding one year, or by a fine

not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or by both the fine and

imprisonment.

 

And check out that bail- $100,000. Oh wow. I haven't stopped laughing since last night.

 

I sometimes doubt the existence of justice and karma in this life, but this helps to reassure me that those things do exist. My only regret is that I couldn't be at the hearing myself to show how much better off I am since I dumped her after finding out she cheated on me. I rarely drink anymore, I've quit smoking, and I've gained 40 pounds from working out. You see where she is.
