The only new information to come out was Meltzer saying that from what the can tell the text messages that Benoit sent to Chavo were something along the lines of "Take care of the bank accounts" or "Take care of the dogs" or something like that.

Just pointing out that in my opinion, he will be - rightly or wrongly. And the more that's coming out, the worse it looks. Benoit was injecting his seven-year-old son with growth hormone?!?

I mean through out the years, he just seemed like a very likeable guy who respected this busniess and had alot of respect back. everyone talked positive about him and there was never any hint of him even being in this state of mind. Than he kills his wife, a day later kills his son, than a day later kills himself while leaving bibles everywhere and not even bothering getting help or having any regrets of what hes done. I don't even know what to think of Benoit anymore. he was one of my favorite wresters ever because not only of his wrestling abilities but he just seemed to really flat out love and respected the wrestling busniess. I mean, I really belived when he saids that "Wrestling was his passion, his misteress". everything he said was from the heart. now this tragedy happens and now I don't even know what to think of him anymore. Its just so fucked up that it had to come to this.

Well my niece who is 6 has had some liver issues and she has had to take some kind of steriods in the past year, but i dont thatswhy Daniel had the needle marks

Point being is that Benoit clearly, we can determine now, had some SERIOUS mental issues to a degree I can't even fathom.

This shit is absolutely, positively, TWISTED TO THE MAX. The news about Benoit supplimenting his own son with growth hormone leads me to believe he's way way WAY out there and has been for some time in actuality.

The ones that continually use/cycle the steroids treat them as a wonder drug and will rationalize their use and minimalize any side effects as "urban legend" or the product of misuse. I have had several people tell me that you should get your children on them early to give them a head start for their career in sports. They are convinced that the increased recovery help from injuries far outweighs the "supposed" negative health aspects it brings about. During a conversation about my 50 year old mother having a hard time getting back into the swing of things at her office job due to the back surgery she had last year, someone recently told me I "should get her on some Growth." Is that the case here? Purely speculation.

Remembers Chris Benoit I am in shock, as I’m sure many of you are as well, at the horrific tragedy that occurred involving Chris Benoit, his wife Nancy, and their son Daniel. I knew them all well and this is a terrible and unnecessary loss of 3 lives. Monday in Corpus Christi was surreal and overtly challenging for everyone. Broadcasting the 3 hour tribute show on Raw seemed befitting to recognize Chris’ career, but it wasn’t an easy show to execute. As of this writing, I couldn’t pass a quiz as to what actually aired. The details that are now coming out of the police investigation are beyond my comprehension. I don’t even know how to respond to them. I knew Chris for many, many years and knew his wife Nancy even longer. Daniel was a precious, little gentleman. While the news media reports on this senseless and tragic event, my thoughts turn to the families of Nancy and Chris and especially to Chris’ two other young children, David and Megan, notwithstanding the Benoit’s many friends and business associates who will miss them all so dearly. For those of us that knew this family on a personal basis, this tragedy is especially heartbreaking. I did not sleep Monday night thinking about the last time I saw Chris, Nancy, and David. I remember the smiles on their faces. I will try and retain that memory for as long as I possibly can. This is a surreal, unfathomable occurrence. For all of those that are hurting as are my wife, Jan and me, we wish you our sincere condolences. We are all hurting, but we all must move forward. May God Bless and comfort the Benoit family and their many friends during this time. J.R.
