Exslade ZX Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 It's funny in a I can't believe they are actually doing this kinda way. Yes, exactly. "WE WANT WRESTLING" True, but at least, surprisingly it was still actually adding continuity to a story that's been going on for weeks anyways, so it's not THAT horrible in the whole aspect of things.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 Did he call Ron Simmons a "crip"? I think he meant "creep", but we're treading dangerously close to Big Show's "gook" comment here.
Downhome Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 The best part of that segment is that it didn't even have a fucking payoff.
yankovic fan Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 That woulda been great if it was not on a wrestling show and a couple of friends making a youtube video for fun. It was amusing, but out of place.
ChrisMWaters Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 So is Umaga coming out to interrupt Santino going to be a running gag?
Matt Young Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 Did he call Ron Simmons a "crip"? I think he meant "creep", but we're treading dangerously close to Big Show's "gook" comment here. I know he emant "creep", but it sounded like "crip".
Nate Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 for a crap segment i couldnt help to laugh to death
Guest Smues Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 That was oddly entertaining, on TV. Live this show would be awful. Don't step to Ron!
strummer Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 Santino was great in that segment "These two other bachelors were telling me they don't like puppies and babies" Maria: "But I LOVE puppies and babies!
Enigma Posted August 7, 2007 Author Report Posted August 7, 2007 They really picked the right people for these things. All 5 people involved were great. For as great of a wrestler as he is, William Regal is so good in these types of segments, it's ridiculous.
Mecca Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 It was more entertaining than John Cena interviewing himself I'll give it that much.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 Santino has become surprisingly humorous these past couple of weeks. I still say they should go NJ goombah with him, but if he continues to bring the (mildly) funny then I don't mind him.
Perfection Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 Ok...that had to be one of the worst segments in raw history...bar none. I'm just dumbfounded right now. It is so bad I'm wondering if Mcmahon intentionally wanted to see how low he could get the ratings...maybe he wants them low enough to stop USA from wanting 3 hours? I mean that is the only explanation I can come up with for why this show has been written this fucking awful.
bob_barron Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 Anyone who hated that Dating Game segment is a liar. Tremendous
Conspiracy_Victim Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 "Will you accept service on this summons?" "What exactly is this?" "It's a summons." Riveting dialogue there.
Perfection Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 I might have enjoyed it more if it didn't come after all the other bullshit we have seen tonight...but I simply couldn't.
Enigma Posted August 7, 2007 Author Report Posted August 7, 2007 I think someone watched a lot of Kevin Smith movies this weekend. The dating game (Mallrats) and the whole dialogue about the summons (Clerks). Maybe John Cena will declare himself the K.L.I.T. Commander.
Perfection Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 I thought they were turning umuga face so he's facing cena? oh wait...I can see maybe why now.. because Cena is one of the top heels on raw lol

The dating game (Mallrats) and the whole dialogue about the summons (Clerks). Maybe John Cena will declare himself the K.L.I.T. Commander. Pat Patterson and Gerald Brisco could be Jay and Silent Bob, but then I remembered Patterson doesn't like pussy.

Downhome Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 For a second there I actually thought Cena was hurt.
Vampiro69 Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 Cena and Umaga work so well together. I completely agree with you.
BorneAgain Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 Umaga the babyface will be interesting to see. A shame Armando probably won't be back. Him doing the "Estraaaaaaaaada" bit probably could turn him face as well.
LooseCannon25 Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 Regal's drunk "The Madison Square Gardens" "Umanga"
