Its star has faded. I could only listen to it so many times before the hamfistedness of Win Butler's lyrics really started to show, not to mention Regine yelping "YOUR LIIIIIFE, IT FAALLLLLLS APAAAAAART," before I decided I could just listen to the organ intro exclusively and move along. If they took the vocal track out and just looped some of the intro, that'd be a good goal song for the Montreal Canadiens.

I'm curious as to how fast they're rising in popularity on other parts of the continent. They deserve the recognition.

I'm curious as to how fast they're rising in popularity on other parts of the continent. They deserve the recognition.

 

D.A.N.C.E. is one of their weaker tracks though.

They've hit it big enough that "D.A.N.C.E." has filled the floor at the last two cheesy house parties I've been to. I think the album only came out recently in the U.S.
