Gangrel, Jim Neidhart, and Mae Young are confirmed for Raw.

-- Meltz

YES! I can not wait for his entrance, especially if they let him come up from the floor.

I wouldn't get my hopes up.

If he's in the battle royal, you might get it. There's likely two main groups, one for the battle royal and one for a backstage skit or some sort of non-wrestling skit in the arena. I'm hoping Santino gets the Rob Conway treatment personally. Round up as many weird and wacky guys from the past 15 years (who aren't capable of being in the battle royal) as possible, have Santino interrupt and randomly insult them, let him get beat down.

That and The Iron Sheik. That'd make the show a winner for me.

If they do, I just hope they don't mix it up with the mechanism for Rey's entrance, causing Gangrel to fly through a hoop of flame like a resurrected Evel Kenevel.

Gangrel's classic entrance would be nice...

But I want that Theme to be played with it.....

One of the greatest ever IMO...

So, who gets involved in the Battle Royal? It needs to be people/gimmicks that were almost exclusive to that year in question. I'm hoping it's more of a gimmick battle royal like the one from WMX7.

They must still have the Max Moon costume somewhere, shove a local jobber in it and I'm happy.

I'm hoping to see the likes of Gangrel, D'Lo, Too Cool, Kai en Tai, Steve Blackman, Shawn Stasiak, Val Venis, The Godfather, The Headbangers, Al Snow, etc etc. Plus of course a bunch of guys on their level from before I started watching.

MEAT!!!!

Anywyas, it'd be nice to see the JOB squad in a match versus random jobbers. Ending of match of course would be a double DQ or countout.

Christian I will give you, but I don't think TNA really turned him into a superstar - they just pushed him as a face initially when the WWE wouldn't.

I will admit something that will SHOCK the forum. I only realized today that WWE Christian is the SAME person as Christian Cage. See how one was a jobber (WWE) that looked like a jobber, and Christian Cage was turned into a TNA Superstar? They don't even look anything alike, from the look to the personality!

Angle came over on the same level as he was in WWE

Wrong, wrong, wrong. I disliked Angle in WWE and i considered him to represent everything that was wrong with wrestling. I didn't think he had ANY potential whatsoever but TNA turned him into a superstar that makes an incredibly entertaining sitcom out of TNA. As i once said, they should have cancelled the horrible sitcoms on TV like "king of queens" and put Angle there it would have been a hit.

Booker is still Booker, just not King anymore.

You downplay the fact that King Bookah was horrible and we all prefer the Superstar from Harlem Heat. Afraid to publicly say that Vince has no clue what he's doing anymore?

They could have done it with AJ, but dropped him back down to being comedy goof heel (he does it very well, but he's not a superstar).

TNA Superstar AJ Styles does his job perfectly like he does now. He is very entertaining.

I'm sorry, but no one in TNA is a superstar and I'm very sure that Vince doesn't fear TNA. Even with TNA's abundance of former WWE and WCW stars, the WWE will continue to be percieved as the #1 brand.

How long will wrestling fans continue to watch the unwatchable in WWE? Only if they're corpses in chairs unable to switch channels will the sinking ship that is WWE avoid complete loss.

TNA's biggest name has no where near the drawing power of Cena, HBK, Taker or HHH.

The day WWE reject HHH is signed by TNA is the day i will stop watching TNA. That is why WWE is full of rejects.

Meanwhile, who has Vince bothered to sign that TNA dropped? Mickie James, CM Punk, Trevor Murdock, Trinity, and Zach Gowan. That's it. Obviously TNA wants what the WWE has more than vice versa. But Vince FEARS~! TNA, dammit!

It only shows that Vince is out of touch with reality with his wrestlers that no-one cares about like HHH and Batista. If he had any talent anymore as a president of a company, he would sign 1/3rd of TNA in after a bidding war. Vince should resign if he cares about WWE.

I hope GILLBERG~! Makes an apperence.

Only if they don't ruin it right off the bat by saying Gillberg. It's way better when they play the music, and have a bunch of guys line up down the aisle, only to then light up the sprinklers and break the safety tabs off the fire extinguishers.

I'll probably watch the show out of curiousity, and Gillberg making an appearance would be the best thing ever.

Didn't see this here yet:

-- At the 11/19 Raw show -- the night in which Chris Jericho returned -- Triple H was joking with a number of the younger wrestlers about how they should be really excited for the next round of house shows. When asked why, he said that there would be nothing but sellouts now that "the savior" has arrived. He also said something similar to Shawn Michaels, telling him that he should work house shows again because Chris Jericho "was back to save wrestling." Michaels didn't really respond to Triple H's comment as he didn't laugh about it nor respond to it negatively. Of course, Triple H was being sarcastic with his comments. He was telling people that Ric Flair's return will mean more money than Jericho's return. Internally, some people believe Triple H's comparison was counterproductive. It was also noted that he never does this sort of stuff at the arena to co-workers, but Jericho of all people got him to do it. If he does, it's only with the inner circle of WWE. On the other hand, Stephanie McMahon was giving the impression at television that she is very supportive of Chris Jericho.

I seem to recall Gangrel getting a lazy version of his entrance when he and Viscera briefly returned to TV for matches with The Undertaker.

Me too. I can't remember exactly what it was though.

Got the lights going and the cup, but no lift entrance.

I like the Anvil myself...

But what good is he really without a Hart with him?

I mean..A tug of the beard and a "YEAH BABY!!!"

can only go so far...but for one night i guess it'll do

It'd be a good time to bring in Nattie but given how loaded the show is, it'd be lost in the shuffle. Neidhart likely just makes a spot by laughing and stroking the goatee.

If Anvil was about ten years younger, I'd like to see him make the rounds on heat. Then again maybe I should say twenty years younger. He wasn't a great in the ring, but he had a good charisma to him.

They should dig out the old "Who" outfit for Neidhart.

And Sunny should re-live the old days by going around the locker room and offering blow jobs for pain pills.

Does anyone have that old audio file of Honky Tonk Man's webmaster getting Sunny to do phone sex with him?
