Seattle's first two scores were total flukes. I didn't say it, but it's fairly apparent coming into halftime now that the biggest threat to Green Bay in this game are themselves. I'll also have to admit how different I feel about this team compared to in previous playoff appearances. If we were down 14-0 before, I'd be really worried that they wouldn't be able to come back. But this is a way different team and I love how they didn't let the early 14-0 hole get them down.

They can't get to Farve, which is what Seattle loves to do. The offensive line just stops them COLD. The Seattle offense...is the Seattle offense. I really don't get why on the Seattle drive that resulted in the field goal, they suddenly abandoned the pass and ran two run plays that got them *NOTHING*. For most of this game, they've seemed almost hell-bent to get the run going, and it doesn't work. That was almost baffling to me after the first run play got them a yard or two, they immediately tried to run again and Alexander got smashed.

And Hawk52, come the fuck on about the weather Seattle's been practicing in. It's silly to compare Pacific NW weather to freakin' Northern Wisconsin. It may be a slight bit chillier up there than it is here in Portland, but neither can be anywhere near as bad as Lambeau Field.

It's not a hard-nosed cold kind of game. There's moderate snow and a muddy field, and the passing game isn't hampered by the elements on either side of the ball.

When the game started, it was only 33 or so degrees...Not that much colder then it's been in the Seattle area all Winter. I know, because I live here. When it's snowed when you live less then a mile from the Pacific Ocean, it's pretty cold. The run plays are really starting to annoy me. They occasionally get a yard or two, but the way Seattle's been calling them you'd think it's been working WELL, and it's not.
