According to HTM, they've floated the idea to him before. He's been reluctant since he's not willing to sign over any likeness rights that the WWE might want to use.

HTM needs to get over himself, granted he wouldnt get the money from it but the publicity he would get should be more then enough payment. The littlest thing that WWE does with him would get more attention then anything else he would do in Memphis.
