bob_barron Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 The CBS scoreboard is behind by a few minutes. Rather annoying.
Guest Tzar Lysergic Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Holy shit, seriously? Oh man. I'm not cheering for injury or anything, but that's fucking...somethin'. I'll cheer for injury. Basically, just for Tom Brady, that douchebag. Here's hoping they go 0-16. I'd rather seem them go 0-16 with him healthy. Rooting for injuries is gay.
Guest דניא Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Holy shit, seriously? Oh man. I'm not cheering for injury or anything, but that's fucking...somethin'. Fuck! I used a first round pick on him in fantasy. I'm done if I have to send Garrard out there every week. 1) Garrard is a pretty good quarterback 2) Nobody gives a fuck about your fantasy team
Fökai Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Just showed the Brady play during the Jets/Fins game. It didn't look too serious from their replay...
KingPK Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 They have absolutely no confidence in Cassell.
Guest Tzar Lysergic Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Atlanta is putting the damn BOOTS to Detroit. Their blockers are just manhandling the Lions front seven. Turner and Norwood are in the second level nearly every run. Dude gained a first down on a busted flea flicker, even.
Damaramu Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 I haven't been this excited watching an Eagles game in a long time. The offense just looks great going down the field on the first two drives. By god their are receivers actually OPEN!
milliondollarchamp Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Oh, Healthy McNabb... how I have missed you so!!!
bob_barron Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 The Saints just got called for two false start penalties. In a row. At home. I feel like I'm rooting for the 2006 Giants
Slayer Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Oh great... now that Eli's won his own SB I have to look forward to several commercials featuring the Shucks Brothers
Matt Young Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 The NFL got their way. Ocho Cinco is no more. What? I ahven't watched a Dolphins game in years. Since when do they wear white at home? They've been wearing white at home for as long as I can remember. Most warm-weather teams wear white in September, and the Dolphins and Cowboys do it all year long, I think. Favre's still got it, huh. I knew the Cowboys did. It dawned on me (half asleep) halfway through the first that, oh yeah, Miami's hot.
Guest Tzar Lysergic Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Saw the Brady hit just now. That wasn't that bad, and it wasn't even his plant leg. Rub some dirt on it.
Cartman Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Tom Jackson: "The Lions will win their division." Whoops.
CanadianChris Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Seattle's looking as bad as ever on the road.
Guest דניא Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Now that I see it, the Brady play wasn't as bad as the Carson Palmer inury. Wouldn't be shocked if he came back in this half. HarleyQuinn doesn't call him Tom Terrific fer nuttin'.
bob_barron Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Czech seems to be in a bad mood today. The Saints penalties are killing me today. Steve Weatherwood is only averaging 44.5 yards a punt. Is that bad? Because it seems so.

Matt Young Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Brady is "Questionable" to return. No sense in risking anything against the Chiefs, who they could likely beat with their entire second squad out there.
Fökai Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 The Saints penalties are killing me today. It's both teams, though. I can buy an excuse for false start penalties considering it's the season opener and everyone's still getting their timing back, but we have illegal blocks and holding penalties at the end of decent-yardage plays that are just retarded.

KingPK Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 (edited) I guess even I can have success if I had Randy Moss to throw to. That pass wobbled more than Jell-o in an earthquake. EDIT: Playing the Chiefs helps. Edited September 7, 2008 by KingPK
bob_barron Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 The Jets are playing without a kicker. Weird.
Bored Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Their punter is incapable of kicking an extra point?
Kahran Ramsus Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Their punter is incapable of kicking an extra point? I was thinking the same thing when I saw Favre's pass go incomplete on the conversion attempt.
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Yeah the Brady injury wasn't too bad. I am watching the game, and it seemed more like a slight temporary dislocation in the cap area. He'll be fine come next week.
Zetterberg is God Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Roscoe Parrish starts his year off right with a 63 yard punt return for a TD.
Guest Tzar Lysergic Posted September 7, 2008 Report Posted September 7, 2008 Detroit is picking up a bit of momentum. Apparently they realized they have a WR tandem with a total of 10-12 inches on Atlanta's corners.
