There really isn't reason to ban anyone from any board unless they do something illegal or just flame everyone throughout. Just making a point that some people around here take shit too seriously. If he did something outside NHB I'd be all for this banning but when "anything goes" and all of a sudden it's "only some things go" that's kinda bullshit. So that's that. EHME floods the forum with complete shit, which is a bannable offense. Agent had to put him in line once before for doing the exact same bullshit he pulled over the last few months, and he apparently didn't learn his lesson. He got banned for this, and that's how it should be. He made NHB ten times worse. The only weapon he had in his arsenal was to call people out, start threads about calling people out, and talk about his weekend with his bros. Let's not forget the trainwreck of his fatherhood either. Now, bad posting shouldn't be the crux of his termination, the fact that it was 24/7 with it should be. Too much. Too much, twice. It wasn't a schtick, it was him being him. Too much, too much.

 

A note about the CP: I specifically asked a mod before I posted it. I specifically asked it if was something I could risk membership over, and the answer was no, but I offered to take a temporary ban, and this was decided to be not necessary. There's a reason it was in NHB, and it's because you can't search it on google, and it's only available to members. Imageshack pulled almost all of the images anyways, and I understand that it wasn't anything that never happened before either. The second instance was a shop job.

For the record, I don't recall ever having any sort of personal grudge with the guy. He got on my nerves and often failed to be funny, but that describes like 85% of you. If I had it in for him, I would've dealt with it long ago and not thrown it to you guys to let you show me up. Having been told several times that NHB had gotten insufferably crappy, I ducked in the other day and acted on the sequence of events I recalled:

1. He was shitting up the board.

2. Agent said "stop shitting up the board or you're gone."

3. He apologized profusely in private and said he wouldn't do it again.

4. He was shitting up NHB again.

5. Agent said "stop shitting up the folder."

6. Bearing in mind that he had been on the guillotine once before for this, I banned him.

I say let him in. Yes, he's terrible, but at times, it feels too much like people are goading him, which can lead to him reverting back to his tired tough guy act. However, I do think That he should be warned to tone the act down. I disagree with Czech about Marvin though-at least there was a time when EHME and I could talk in the chat, and that he wouldn't insult me. When he tones it down, he's pretty tolerable. Marvin on the other hand, seems largely incapable of toning it down.
