TheFranchise Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 Yeah, I can too. I'm not going out til Monday. Heh.
naiwf Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 I know that he didn't accomplish much of anything in the WWE, but I think he has the tools to be a worthwhile addition to my roster. My next pick is Elijah Burke.
Steviekick Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 Great pick... I was hoping to be lucky enough to get him this round!
foleyfanforever88 Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 I just came up with this idea the other night, and I'm going to do it. This guy is going to tag up with Kofi in what I shall call the KoKo Konnection. (yes I know it's KKK, but that wasn't my reasoning behind it). (and yes, I'm teaming them up because they are both happy black guys). Koko B. Ware
TheFranchise Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 I'm amazed it took this long after his Hall of Fame nomination to get picked.
King Kamala Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 I just came up with this idea the other night, and I'm going to do it. Gert T Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 Can I send a list to someone? I work until 1 am and I don't want to slow this thing down.
EVIL~! alkeiper Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 I'll take it. I've got two posters' picks already.
Jebus Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 You can add me to the list of those "always online" this weekend. PM's welcome.
Brett Favre Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 Davey Richards will be part of a four horsemen type group after all and here's the manager:
CanadianChris Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 I was looking for a face who could work and was a bit of a high flier, and I think I've found him in: Mil Mascaras
TheFranchise Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 Who wants my pick before I go to bed? MW's online and Gert T has probably sent his pick to someone else, and since its a Wrestling night (SmackDown!) we might get this moving tonight.
EVIL~! alkeiper Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 Gert T's pick: The Patriot I'll be happy to take other picks.
CanadianChris Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 I can take other picks as well, I'll be around (or not far away) all weekend.
TheFranchise Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 Patriot's a great pick at this stage.
mw679 Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 Matt Striker Wanted to grab someone for commentary and who better than Striker? I think I'm going to go the old school ECW approach and just have him do it all by himself, I feel, with his knowledge and "inside" references, he'd be able to get the action and wrestlers over with the audience.
TheFranchise Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 "The Canadian Strongman" Dino Bravo This man is The only WWF Canadian Champion ever. I was a mark for his early 1990's WWF run especially.
Kahran Ramsus Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 I'm a bit biased with my next pick as he was the first wrestler I met as a kid, and one of the few that I've met that seemed like a genuine nice guy. He was a recognizable figure from the WWF 80s boom and had success as both a face and a heel, but unfortunately his two biggest pushes seemed to just vanish into thin air as he was starting to get over. I, to this day, think he got screwed out of a tag title run in 1991. Hercules Hernandez
tominator89 Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 The Patriot and Bravo were high on my list. Looks like I'll need to reconfigure some of my plans.
6foot9 Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 Matt Striker Wanted to grab someone for commentary and who better than Striker? I think I'm going to go the old school ECW approach and just have him do it all by himself, I feel, with his knowledge and "inside" references, he'd be able to get the action and wrestlers over with the audience. fuck. fuck. fuck. fuck. fuck.

Gert T Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 That Hercules pic has to be one of the three best so far in this thread.
EVIL~! alkeiper Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 Time's up, so we can hit the next two picks. King Cucaracha selects George "The Animal" Steele.
EVIL~! alkeiper Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 Now for my own selection. My own introduction can't do this guy justice, so let's hear from Bret Hart. El Dandy
CanadianChris Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 I just don't know about that El Dandy pick.
EVIL~! alkeiper Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 I just don't know about that El Dandy pick. Who are you to doubt El Dandy?
TheFranchise Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 God damn it, I'm the one who says that al! Edit: Good setup though, Chris.
