Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted December 19, 2008 The guy may not be an actual chef, but he did (and still does) own several successful restaurants in California and has a degree in Hospitality Management.. And if you've seen the guy cook, he does seem to know his food at least on a fairly basic level, at least much more so than fucking Rachel Ray and Sandra Lee, both of whom know jackshit about cooking other than making crap from processed food at the grocery store, and just qualify as tv "personalities"...
