Answered the door to one small kid with mother, forgetting what night it was. It's not as big over here, so I didn't hear any others. The kid looked oddly endearing as death, so I dug around and found some lovehearts in my housemate's room.

So yeah I've been away for a bit and Sturrock's gone a month after signing a four year deal. Something dodgy about that, eh? Though it may turn out to have been the right decision, the chairman has to deliver a name now, because literally nil fans wanted rid of Sturrock. I'll concede he had this 'untouchable' aura about him after the Cardiff playoff final that tends to gloss over his errors in the eyes of most fans, but it still pissed me off. He was the best we've had since Atkinson, at any rate.

I know at least one guy who's gonna try and offload his season ticket if we lose to Barnsley. Talbot was on target for the reserves this week and it's great just to see him playing again, but I'm scared to death, they score 10x the amount of goals we do, and we're at home, which is never good...

I really really liked them when Aenima came out, and I had that on almost constant spin when sat in the back of my family's hire car driving around Florida as a 12-year old, which I enjoyed immensely, so I could never do a complete U-turn on them, but what I heard from the newest release could easily pass for someone doing an impression of Tool, and I thought it was actually new copyist act at first. I wouldn't pay to see them now, I don't think.

Now that was not that great. Obviously I'm not gonna prejudge new episodes on that, but weren't those basically the same graphics from Homer Cubed?

They don't interest me at all, but there's no reason they shouldn't have had the attention The Bravery et al did.

I will say this, the only thing that irks me about new episodes being produced is that the final episode was excellent, and I see little need to carry on after it.

I'm going to make a point of watching my favoured episodes of Futurama more often to help me visualise Czech not enjoying them.
