  1. As mentioned above, I bough it, but haven't watched it yet. I'll try to watch it by this weekend and let you know what I think. It had tons of extras on it and has a decent cast, so I would say that might be worth $5.88 alone.
  2. I think that picture makes him look like an even more pussified Joey Lawrence.
  3. *Frost wear his sunglasses at night. Claw holds both your faces until you bleed like a stuck Cutthroat.*
  4. who found a bigger bitch shortly after that by stealing TATANKA'S feathers.
  5. :kicks thread in the junk:
  6. I'm addicted to Wal-Mart $5.88 DVD bins. Most of the time you can find different stuff at different Wal-Marts. Recently, I've purchased the following: Rambo II Wall Street Big Trouble in Little China The Lemon Drop Kid My Fellow Americans One Night at McCool's (never seen it, but there's a picture on the back of Michael Douglas wearing the worst toupee I've ever seen) Batman t.v. show movie a two volume set of 3 Stooges shorts I'm at work and I know there are a few I'm forgetting. Also recently, I bought Cobra at Family Dollar for two bucks.
  7. who squirted mustard down SHERRI MARTEL'S cleavage at the first Uncensored in a concession stand brawl.
  8. who I always thought was a punk, even when he was an underdog face jobbing out RAZOR RAMON.
  9. who I thought was hot when she debuted and CHRIS NOWINSKI was reading her name off the ass of her tights.
  10. The house show reports are meant to be official press realeases about the shows. The SWF front offices would call it the Hardcore Gamers belt, even if I personally wouldn't. And how do I know what you call it, do you think I read your matches?
  11. I say if you don't like the Gamers name, don't use it. I never did. I just called it the Hardcore Title when I had it.
  12. Kansas City Chiefs
  13. The WWF tested the ladder match and Royal Rumble on house shows before debuting them on ppv. It wouldn't surprise me that they would try a scaffold match at a house show before hand and Jarrett would be the kind of guy to suggest one. Obviously it didn't go well or Vince was just able to see how hard they are to pull of well.
  14. Yes, fuck Norway, fuck them. Very intriguing premise, like to see where this goes.
  15. Sting and Flair vs. Muta and Funk from Havoc '89 Flair vs. Windham from Worldwide in '87 that lasted the whole show Crap from Global or the AWA when Bischoff was booking.
  16. If I send a check for twenty bucks, can I have naming rights to the Christmas PPV?
  17. who came over to the WWE with STACY KIEBLER. It's kind of sad that the two most over people that have rock solid jobs with the company are two divas.
  18. and both of them were carried by the charisma machine of DAVID FLAIR.
  19. This Tuesday in Texas was like a really big house show, until the mess with Hogan and Undertaker and Jack Tunney booked that matc for TTiT and confirmed ppv coverage. It was also a test to do a weekly ppv like TNA does now, but it did really low buy rates coming right on the heels of SS.
  20. who stole GEORGE THE ANIMAL STEELE'S gimmick of unsightly back hair.
  21. Ok, I was thinking Roseanne and Rodney had a daughter, but she'd still be pretty young yet. It's cool that you know a member of the family, Syd, but I am very sorry for her lost and the loss of her family. You can let her know that the thoughts and prayers of many a fan, especially myself, are with her.
  22. They did the "parent dies, sibling moves in" bit on The Hogan Family when Sandy Duncan replaced Valerie Harper. I don't really think it would work in this case, but Henry Winkler would be a damn fine choice to try it. Jimmy Stewart and Robert Mitchum have been covered. Brian Keith was primarily a t.v. actor best known for starring in Family Affair, Hardcatle and McCormick and The Westerner. He contracted cancer, had rising debts and his daughter committed suicide, leading him to do the same.
  23. It's not Roseanne and Rodney Crowell's kid is it?
  24. Rodney Crowell has a nice tribute song to Cash called "I Walk the Line Revisited" that samples Cash from the original tune. Crowell was married to Cash's daughter Roseanne, who is actually a really good singer in her own right and had several hits in the eighties. I love "Seven Year Ache." I would like to hear Allison Krauss and Union Station cover Flesh and Blood. Actually, I think Krauss might have been part of the song during the tribute special TNT ran sometime ago.
  25. Robert Mitchum, Jimmy Stewart and Brian Keith all died within hours of each other a few years ago and Stewart got most of the press. It's hard to doll out the time when trajedies like this happen back to back. The more I've been thinking about Ritter today, the more I think he really was an underrated actor. I don't just mean as a comedian, but as an actor overall. I'm glad to see that Mark remembers Hooperman and I hope someone like FX picks it up and runs it in his honor. Great little show.
