  1. I'm sure a lot of smarks think HBK an HHH meet every night, figuring out ways to bury Punk. I hate how spurious information becomes accepted and blown out of proportion.
  2. Sigh, that's true. Yay for promo's and cool mystery people.
  3. The only person who could get that reaction is of course, Wes Davenport.
  4. So she now has the strength of a toddler and a little baby.
  5. Read YouTube or IMDB replies, you'll find both.
  6. I like America for the most part, but if an Australian says something, anything negative towards the country, the typical reply is "lolz ur just a bunch of convikts, shrimp on the dingo baby", which gets on my nerves. Like the English thought, "Hey, let's send some convicts down to that land and let them build farms and towns and shit." Doesn't really have anything to do with the actual topic, just venting.
  7. Wanna go play some laser tag?
  8. Depends how this match goes. I was writing my stats and almost jobbed to them. It makes sense.
  9. Wrestlers Name: Christian Blackwell Height: 6'5" Weight: 272 pounds. Hometown: Rosslare, Ireland. Age: 35 Face/Heel: Face Stable: N/A Ring Escort: N/A Weapon(s): Not likely to use weapons, unless the match allows it. Appearence/characteristics: Rather mysterious in appearance, with dark, deep set jade eyes. Has slightly pale skin along with a coarse beard, but hardly grown in. Short black hair, almost wavy, brushed to the back, with a few strands falling over his face. In the ring he wears long, black pants to the ring, with a belt, and normal black boots, and no shirt. As for his build, he is rather muscular, making a definite presence in the ring. Despite his age, he has kept in good shape, despite his time away from the ring. Talks in a low, husky tone, and rarely raises his voice. Always speaks with authority and confidence, but isn't exactly talkative. He's kind of a sage in some ways, possessing much wisdom, which helps considering how troubled his younger brother has been through his life. Ring Entrance Hellacopters "By the Grace of God". ( ) The lights dim before the music begins to play, and as it does, Strobe lights flash in time with the opening keyboard strikes, until the drums and guitar kick in on the first thunderous beat, when there's an almighty flash and the lights return to normal from their dimmed state. As each drum and guitar beat play, vision of Backwell slamming some poor soul appears on the Smarktron. Christian comes out moments later and strides straight down to the ring, climbing the ring steps and entering through the ropes with little fuss. Stats Power - 5 Speed - 3 Vitality - 8 Charisma - 4 Style: Power game mixed with technical influences. Christian has trained hard recently, putting on body mass and working the punching bags regularly. He’s always technical at heart, but now uses his knowledge to best position his opponent for his next devastating move or strike, which are some of the stiffest seen recently. Signature Moves - Bow and Arrow Hold - Canadian Backbreaker - German Suplex - Standing Side Kick (Almost a hook kick) - Dragon Sleeper - Triple Snap Suplexes - Orange Crush - STO - Dragon Screw Leg Whip - Knife Edge Chops - Second Rope Knee Drop - European Uppercut (Preferred strike) - Running Powerslam Common Moves - Basically, technical moves, like takedowns (Snapmare, drop toe hold, judo throw, hip toss, arm drag, etc. Anything you can think of really) - Basic Submission Holds - And then, basic pinning predicaments. - Arm Breaker - Back Breaker - Pump-handle Backbreaker - Knee Drop - Running Forearm - Running, leaping Elbow Strike - Single Leg Crab (Elevated, with knee into back) - Back Drop Suplex - Overhead Belly-to-Belly Suplex Rare Moves "Cruel Fate" (Sacred/Andrew Blackwell's finisher. Blackwell takes his opponent in a front face lock/front chancre, lifts one leg forward towards his opponent, then swings it the opposite direction at lighting quick speed, falling forward in the same motion and planting the opponent face first onto the mat. Christian has experimented recently with kicking his opponent in the stomach before swinging his leg back, just making them even more vulnerable to the move as they fail to break their fall.) Finisher(s) "Sleep on it" (Cut-Throat Psycho Driver) "Narcosynthesis" (Cattle Mutilation) Notes: No one knows why Christian, brother of Andrew, otherwise known as “Sacred”, has returned to the SWF, and he’s not giving anything away himself. What people do know is that he’s in shape, and he’s determined, and that’s good enough to get him a gig, considering the lack of a roster. Before, Christian joined the SJL as a way to be closer to his brother, find out what had driven him away, and in some way, to somehow right some wrongs. Christian's stint was short, but picked up the European title along the way. With his brother Andrew seemingly at peace, having FINALLY gotten over the death of his wife, no one knows why Christian has returned, and at such an age. From what people have seen, he's supremely focused on his goals, whatever they are.
  10. I'm available (as Christian Blackwell).
  11. October 30, 2007 - The British cult hit Spaced could get an American remake, according to both Variety and the Hollywood Reporter. The series has gained interest and popularity through the years, as several key participants -- Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost -- went on to success with the films Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz. Spaced is in development at FOX with executive producers McG and Robert Green attached, along with Adam Burr (The New Adventures of Old Christine, Desperate Housewives, Will and Grace), who will write the pilot. The original series ran from 1999 - 2001 and starred Pegg and Jessica Stevenson, who wrote the episodes together, as roommates and Frost as their military obsessed friend. Wright directed every episode. The show was known for its frequent and elaborate pop culture jokes and references, as it centered around a particularly geeky group - Pegg's character worked at a comic book store. What's bound to get fans up Wright and Pegg upset (this writer included) is that Wright has posted on his MySpace page that "no-one has been in touch with me at all" regarding the remake. He adds that "Simon [Pegg] was never contacted either. I don't really want to get involved at all, but it infuriates me that they would a) never bother to get in touch but still b) splash me and Simon's names all over the trade announcements and infer that we're involved in the same way Ricky [Gervais] & Steve [Merchant] were with The Office [remake]." 12. Oh, the original Resident Evil was amazing as a kid, scariest one of the lot.
  13. F.E.A.R was fun to play with the lights off and the sound up, more for the atmosphere than the straight up scares.
  14. No doubt. Not looking foward to this at all.
  15. Doesn't mean he's good at it.
  16. Only started watching Dexter this week, but I love it. The rest of the cast each get enough time in the first seven ep's (which I'm up to) to really give them something, Doakes being one of my favourite's. Even the child actor's do a good job. Sergeant Doakes: Fuck you. Dexter Morgan: Okay. Uh, is there something I can - ? Sergeant Doakes: Yeah, you can get me your fucking analysis on the blood spatter on these killings! You think I'm here to invite you to my nephew's briss? Dexter Morgan: I didn't know you were Jewish! Sergeant Doakes: Shut the fuck up and write your report already.
  17. Definitely pick up F.E.A.R if it's that cheap. For some reason I loved listening to the phone messages throughout the game.
  18. Never knew about that YouGamers site, handy tool. I'm in the middle of minimum and recommended system requirements for Crysis. I hope they jumps up to YouGamers minimum next month when I upgrade. Still, the requirements are really bloody steep.
  19. I was afraid of something like that happening shortly after the show began. You knew the show would probably get at least 4 or 5 seasons, and they can't tease them getting together for that long. The British version wrapped things up nicely with them finally having each other, and then the audience is left to wonder what their life is like now. It's almost like they need a new few seasons long story arc to replace it.
  20. No. I have a lot of reasons, none of which have to do with drumming up interest. I just don't want to see it done.
  21. They're actually putting this to air? Wow.

    Orange Box

Some do, some don't, like Commandos.
  23. I liked the Magruber's with Jeremy Piven, mainly because they were short, and Piven is awesome.
  24. I want that dog, or just a normal picture of it.

    Orange Box

I'll be picking up the actual, physical Orange Box in time. Really looking forward to TF2 and Episode 2.
