  1. At least it's not The Beyond.
  2. Technically not a post-MATCH celebration, but one of my favorite wrestling payoffs
  3. Cake is all good stuff, whereas pie is occasionally good filling surrounded by a thin layer of bland, corrugated meh.
  4. Maybe he has amnesia and will start beating the ass of everybody on the roster.
  5. Tell King Cucaracha to fuck King Cucaracha...
  6. The Trial Orson Welles' best movie, and probably one of my top five movies of all time. Perfectly captures Kafka's bizzare story, highlighted by an overlooked performance by Anthony Perkins.
  7. My turn? Ok Toshiaki Kawada vs. Mitsuharu Misawa 6/3/1994 I wanted some All Japan on my island, and this is the best example I've seen. I'm not really familiar with the backstory or feud between these two like some others here probably are, I just think it's a great match.
  8. I have the Deadheads and Phish fans on lines one and two.... Being a fat greasy failure is still worse than being a hippie. Yeah, because hippies are never fat greasy failures.
  9. Ohhh, that's a good pick. I'm not 100% sure I'd have picked it, but I'm bummed it's off the table so soon.
  10. Is it really so difficult to listen to them and like them WITHOUT being a complete twat about it?
  11. Where La Parka happens.
  12. *insert picture here* The Pitbulls vs. Raven and Stevie Richards Gangsta's Paradise 9/16/1995 Apparently a pretty polarizing match as to whether or not it's great or overrated. I love it. A damn good brawl (plus it's 2/3 falls which is one of my favorite stipulations) with bits of most of the major ECW storylines of the time thrown in; Raven's Nest, Tommy vs. Raven, Bill Alphonso the evil referee and 911 not being able to choke slam him, awesome stuff. And I'm really glad I get my two favorite Raven matches.
  13. I'm making my pick in just a minute, but while I'm picking between the two I have it narrowed down to, a question crossed my mind. Can we pick a particular commentary for a match? With WWE's DVDs there are sometimes new commentaries, could we pick a match with one of the new ones or does it have to be as-is the way it was originally broadcast?
  14. 12 Angry Men At least I get my top 3 movies. Twelve great actors in a room for an hour and a half, and nothing else. There've been times I watched this movie two or three times in one day.
  15. Caber Tossing.
  16. Low-Ki vs. The American Dragon vs. Christopher Daniels The Era of Honor Begins The other of my favorite three-ways has been taken, so I go with my second choice. I'd heard of Christopher Daniels and seen him on Shotgun once or twice, but Low-Ki or Dragon I hadn't heard of going into this match. All three blew me away, and I've been a fan of all of them ever since. Also I wanted a Christopher Daniels match, and this is my favorite of his.
  17. Chris Benoit vs. Raven Souled Out 1998 One of my two favorite matches by one of my favorite wrestlers ever (Raven, not Benoit).
  18. I just briefly wore my girlfriend's clothes once. The only person I know with a Rocky Horror DVD was half a state away anyways.
  19. I just...hate you....so much...
  20. And cross everything else off. Worst $40 I ever spent.
  21. by the way I've tried to PM Corey Lazarus but it wouldn't send the message.
  22. Casablanca The movie that got me into old movies. For a while I had the typical "idiot kid doesn't like old movies" bias and wouldn't watch anything before the late 60's. Then I begrudgingly watched Casablanca and found it to be accessible, entertaining, funny, and generally a great fucking movie. I love it more every time I watch it and rate it second ONLY to Taxi Driver.
  23. Well then I know what I'M picking on my next turn.
