I miss Under Cover Bears oatmeal.

Built to Spill is doing a show with the Meat Puppets as the opening act. I won't be going or anything, but that's an odd lineup.

Another reason I have my doubts as to Kate being one of the Six; in the flash forward, they seemed to be meeting somewhere they probably wouldn't be watched, as if they didn't want to be seen together. But Jack and Hurley obviously didn't have the same problem. If Kate's one of the Six, then why the secrecy?

We have QuickTrip. The hot dogs are surprisingly good and the gas is almost always cheapest there.

Any turn of events that brings Jeff Fahey into the show gets my approval.

What were you expecting them to do with the Shawn Spencer character then? This is a legitimate question by the way. It wasn't a specific idea of where they were going with him, but the fact that he was a really good shot intrigued me, and that along with the "You've had *insert big number* of jobs, Shawn" exchange made me think that there was the potential for him to have a much broader skillset than just the photographic memory from which to draw. But after the first episode I don't think anything was done with it. Like I said, I still think it's a good show, and whenever I catch it I'll sit down and watch it.

There are musicals that I like. I thought Once was a fantastic movie, for example. But even if I liked musicals, Sweeney Todd had enough problems besides the songs issue to where I wouldn't like it.

During the premiere I thought they were gonna go a certain direction with the main character, and when I figured out that they weren't doing that, I got disappointed and fell out of watching it. I like the show, it just isn't in my rotation of shows I watch.

Do you like anything? I don't recall ever reading you liking something. I find the criticism of "the musical numbers felt sloppily stuck in" an odd choice since this was basically the Soundheim musical filmed by Tim Burton. That's the nature of a musical, random musical numbers to further the plot. There's a scene, and then there's a musical number in it, that's what _the_genre_is_. For me the shades of gray nobodies really a hero is what made me like it more. To debate, I'd say that Todd was the fallen hero in the way that MacBeth or Orpheus was that they where at one point noble, but a key point drove them mad or wicked and their nature fell. Burton's feel was awesome for the tone that this adapted play takes musically and it works. It just seems that you went in not wanting to like it at all, and thus didn't. I went in hoping I liked it better than the average musical, or at the very least I expected to like it in spite of being a musical. And I like plenty of movies.

I also liked him in The Hunted.

No, they've clearly identified only Hurley as one of the Oceanic Six. We don't even know why there's an Oceanic Six. Maybe a lot of them got rescued and six of them were singled out for some reason afterwards.
