I had that problem watching the remake of The Amityville Horror, he (Philip Baker Hall) played Father Callaway. The second he showed up on the screen, I let out a quick, loud, laugh. I just couldn't help it, I really couldn't. I can't really take Alec Baldwin seriously anymore, not after all of his fantastic stints of hosting SNL. It's been years and years since I've been able to take him seriously at all. That's not a putdown to him though. I just can't get over seeing him in the Canteen Boy sketch, and all of the others. I've ALMOST hit that same point for Christopher Walken. I can't help but to at least smile when I watch him in things as far back as The Deer Hunter now. SNL has done this to quite a few people for me. I had the same problem with Winkler for years, until I saw him on Arrested Development. I almost never thing of him as "Fonz", unless they write in a joke for the show like "jumping the shark", the post in the mirror, etc... To me, Barry Zuckerkorn is just a damn fine comedic character, one of the best on TV right now.

Yes, a fantastic match, made better in many people's eyes because they aired it on Velocity for some insane reason. If they aren't careful, I'll have to start watching this show every single week once again. Does Heat ever have great matches like this? I'd love to see a full blown Benoit/Regal feud over a title. It doesn't have to be a heel/face deal, that wouldn't matter. Just both of the guys as faces or tweeners who REALLY want whatever title they are fighting over. If it was up to me, I'd have them build up both the IC title and US title once again as a step to the World and WWE titles. It would make the feuds over the IC and US titles mean so much more. Why do people even care if they win those two secondary titles right now? They don't mean anything other than just "woohoo, I'm holding a title". Imagine Benoit/Regal feuding over the US title, with both of them wanting it so badly because they know that it could possibly lead to the World Title. On a side note, I want to see a Benoit/Rey program once and for all. I don't think we've ever seen that in any wrestling group. Not in Mexico, Japan, ECW, WCW, or even in WWE. I can remember them wrestling once on SD, in a pointless match, then in tags two or three times before, but never an actual full blown fued. If they were allowed to really go all out in the matches, we could possibly see some memories of Dynamite Kid vs. Tiger Mask come rushing back to present day.

I want to know how he looked in a WWE ring. He didn't still have the horns on his head and the cow penis for a cane did he?

If I accidently let myself do something as stupid as laughing at an angle where I was supposed to act freaked out, I'd EXPECT Cornette or someone to slap my ass around. Cornette wasn't fired for something as fucking stupid as this. This was just an excuse to unload him once and for all.

My nephew, 14, just called me and the first thing he said was that the Taker segment pissed him off, reminding him of all of the terrorists that are killing people, especially the ones that were beheaded.

Is it wrong if I wasn't offended by the Undertaker segment? I thought it was actually cool more than anything, considering that HASSAN of all people got the upper hand on Taker. I never would have guessed that would happen. When I heard all of the shit about it being in horrible taste, people saying it was one of the worst things ever, and all of that, I imagined that Hassan had a bomb or something set and they mocked a terrorist attack. That is what I had going through my head.

Who gave a shit about the JR/HHH angle? That wasn't fun, it was pointless torture for the viewer.
