I really hope it's gone. It was a very good storyline with a very dissapointing conclusion. There's such a wealth in these characters, let them recover from the Carvers' actions. EDIT: Watch the first season of Veronica Mars!

I have a feeling that the later incarnation of X-Force, going to X-Statix was a very cult series by Marvel. I personally loved it. It was funny, ruthlessly satirical, and I simply love Allred's art. (though I may be in the minority). Anyway, apparently Milligan and Allred are back for a miniseries starring Dead Girl and Dr. Strange, with guest appearance by I'm pumped. Anyone else?

Batman Vs Spider-Man Here is one of the only fights where I think Bats loses. Spidey can avoid even the most clever plans with the use of Spider-Sense, and is easily his physical superior. Bats will beat Wolverine any time, unless the set-up is totally in Wolverine's favor (totally flat playing area) Also, just as a question, hasn't Deathstroke beaten Bats mulriple times? I'm assuming you;re talking Thanos w/o the infinity Gauntlets. IN which case, yeah Darkseid kills him. Doom beats Luthor because they're essentially equals (I'm assuming Luthor's in his armor) but Doom has MAGIC~! Prometheus vs. Taskmaster? Vision vs. Martian Manhunter? Green Arroe vs. Punisher?

You could even call Sonic Youth a 'jam band' if your only cirteria is that they jam. No one's going to say they sound even remotely like the Dead or Phish.

Shit Newtonian physics have been proven to be incorrect. Should we be teaching that? People have all kinds of crazy historical theories. Should we teach that maybe the Holocaust didn't happen? If a kid can't reconcile being taught evolution with a belief in God, maybe his faith was going to be tested by other things. Like the Bible sometimes contradicting itself. I was taught evolution in Catholic school. They seemed to think we were smart enough to make our own decisions on sorting out the matter.

Still like the show, but terrible finale. A) So the exlusive point of Kit arresting all those people was to throw the viewer off. I fucking hate that. Maybe she got off on mentally tormenting people, but why Dr Costa? And why Liz, who she didn't even know? Why would Costa reveal himself, only to play some elaborate ruse (one that could be seen through so easily) B) Once the mask came off, it pretty much nullifies everything. Costa wasn't intimidating in the least. Way too much smiling, playing Batman villain. Anyone remember how menacing and scary the Carver was? I can barely bring it to mind. The killer on VM was very menacing once he/she was revealed at least. On the plus side, there's lots to work with next season. Sean and Julia are better when they interact often. Matt has redeemed himself to an extent, seemingly having a conscience, but still being pretty batshit crazy. Who knows what they do with Kimber, Liz and Gina. I like all the actresses.

Arcade is such an awesome episode. Can't wait!

Here's a question: did the US translators fuck up Vega/Balrog/M. Bison intentionally? It seems like something someone should have caught.
