There's a match on the card between Nick Patrick and Chris Jericho in an "one arm tied behind my back match". And guess who was in Jericho's corner? Yes, Teddy Long. I don't know if it was just for one night or a longer period of time, but at least one of his guys from that forgettable stint eventually became a huge star... Speaking of that show, it's kinda neat that Jericho was the first guy to defeat a member of the nWo and go on to be the first to win a title from a member of the nWo.

Solie knew ahead of time what was going to happen. Are you sure? I've heard for years that he was inducted and it was a total surprise to him. Did he correct that in his book or something? Solie had been unhappy with the product for some time, and he was very unhappy about John Studd being inducted into the HoF. WCW weren't sure what Solie's reaction would be if they sprung it on him as a surprise so they told him ahead of time. Any particular reason he wasn't happy w/ John Studd's induction?
