He had alright matches but still had no character other than that skinny blond guy that comes out to a Zombie song. And what I say about Edge has zero to do about the Hardy/Lita mess as a womanly figure in Edge's corner may make the character a lot more intriguing.
I pretty much agree with this although I loved the E & C run of 2000-2001. I've said it before, but I HATE the fact that the spear is a finisher of his! God forbid if someone w/ mass comes barreling across the ring ready to dislodge his opponent's ribcage instead of Stickboy. And I also have trouble buying his angry man act (although not so much recently). Seems like he's back to Square 1 since his debut in 1998 except he gets to the ring via the ramp and has a higher position on the roster.
*Prays CC doesn't ban me*
I don't really know what other thread to put this in but if TNA wants to hit the big time they have to make their ring bigger. The 6 sides is pretty easy to get used to but it looks filled to capacity when 6-8 people are in there at once. Plus, a bigger ring would build better drama for tag matches as the face would have a longer crawl to his corner rather than being one lunge away regardless of where he is in the ring.
Probably some ex-WCW guys...William Regal maybe after his segment tonight. Of course it's easily predictable what the fall-out will be
The ECW guys get their asses handed to them probably . . . unless they actually are promoted as ex-WCW guys.
I suppose if they can have purposeless divas on the show, there's no harm in having JR/King roaming the backstage halls on Monday nights too . . . unless if you meant using JR/King as agents, then nevermind.
He had some good stuff splattered in there but the crap about the spiritual Matt Hardy never dying and being the last true role model was buttering the bread much too thick.
hey!! what the hell did i do?!
I'm not an anti-slobite . . . I just hate the slob that blobs up my screen on Monday nights. You give slobs a good name though.
Yeah, no frills really. The night after Mayhem 2000, Steiner forced Stevie Ray into retirement by defeating him so Flair came out and simply brought out Sid as the #1 Contender for Starrcade 2000.
Gangrel in this role would be much better and still meet the freak show factor that Vince is looking for . . . not that he should be shoving nachos down his throat or anything like that.

Unfortunately, I've seen it plenty but it's kind of a blur amongst all the other Cleveland sports disappointments with the most recent events being the Cavs' collapse in '05 and the leader of the Kell's Angels wiping out on his moped.
Picked up the VHS. It has Orton on the cover instead of Trish since they clipped out Trish/Christy, Show/Akebono, and the Eugene/Hassan/Hogan segment. No big loss really.
