  1. I don't get the question. Are you asking how old he is, or who was his current age in 1988?
  2. Sweet Jesus on a stick. Who is the brain dead fool? What a terrible show. A bunch of go-nowhere brawls and sloppy shit on the undercard. Terrible Rumble as well, with Misterio as the only good point. Benoit was in there from the start to the last man entering, and he was barely even acknowledged on commentary and was then just tossed out. Stupid finish, bad show. ...I hope that's just you purposely trying to be an ass? Or is that an honest opinion..? He's sorta right. The undercard was forgettable (when the most interesting development is a guy getting concussed, there's a problem), but I felt the Rumble delivered well. No comment on the Benoit fandom-influenced analysis.
  3. He's our lord and savior, or something. I love the guy to bits too, but suckas need to lay off of EVERYTHING being some mass conspiracy to bury him.
  4. Didn't help that Raw went virtually nuclear during the time Eddie was champion and everyone else was tied up/injured, making Smackdown look awful in comparison.
  5. I think it was just part of the match because Jr and King kept talking about it to the point that it was the reason he lost clean to HHH. Plus while Hebner was checking on him it started the ref bump spot. Orton's concussion seemed like the story of the match but he did an awesome job of acting like it was legit. It was just like his match with RVD when he really got one. I think Orton was really fucked up, but the rest of the match went as planned. This was a case of JR and King HAVING to say something, because it was obvious something had gone wrong.
  6. The three WWE PPVs between Wrestlemania XVIII and Vengeance 2002.
  7. Oh man, Modern Man's posts are just so urgent with that avatar.
  8. "We can so analyze sports better than ESPN. Er, we think so anyway." -- Sports folder.

  10. I find it frustrating that the moment I say I listen to electronic music, everyone within earshot has to say "IT ALL SOUNDS THE SAME! GARBAGE!" This goes for anyone who ridicules any genre by telling the listener something they already noticed long ago and obviously don't mind. It bugs me that I'm the only person I know in everyday life that can come up with an actual description of the reasons I don't like something. Me: It sounds lifeless, almost as though they're going through the motions. Vocals that tried to sound emotional but ended up melodramatic instead, a far-from-engaging melody, and a lack of compelling reasons to listen to more of their work, or more importantly, buy it. Other Person: Yeah? TECHNO SUCKS!
  11. What's worst about that is that it doesn't even record clearly. If I could tell what the music was sometimes I might not mind.
  12. Eh, I don't know if you'd want to classify heat people have from backstage stories in the same manner as heat from a built-up storyline or wrestler.
  13. Why are Paris and Nicole about to pour gasoline on their engine?
  14. You know, their PPV posters have always rocked. Even if it was a lame event, the poster always manages to do a little to convince you otherwise. EDIT: And I have ALWAYS loved the Survivor Series 2001 poster. Man. EDIT 2: Anyone know where I can still find a desktop of it? (by the way, I meant the original that had Torrie Wilson and Lita on it, not the one that was eventually used on the video release)
  15. Wasn't Jake going to do a weekly WWE commentary on his website or something similar?
  16. Even on tape, the sheer mass freakout gives me chills. I was going to suggest this if someone else hadn't first. I really need to see Canadian Stampede one of these days. At least the main event.
  17. But no one cries more than Dick Vermeil.
  18. So that's what that's called.
  19. A guy I know: "What up. This is Foley. Leave a message." Picture some emo misanthrope that idolizes Henry Rollins trying to sound hard. Yeah.
  20. I don't like the idea of a moderator on this prestigious forum using drugs. In order to maintain the high moral standards members of a wrestling message board are accustomed to, those in positions of authority should refrain from the use of illegal substances. Agent's gonna kick your ass.
  21. We're talking about Banky. It applies.
  22. I'm glad I took a potnap now. This is like an even lamer Real TSM.
  23. I don't watch network television much outside of sports.
  24. I don't get it.
