  1. Don't ever say WWE polls are rigged. They would never let Triple H look this bad.
  2. Should it really matter since most will never see this preview?
  3. It's only a website preview.
  4. Maybe Raw will have a new GM all together? First off, 411 didn't report where they got this from which is weird for them. If that's true and him not being on the PPV last night, are his WWE days done? Wasn't there rumors about his contract being up soon a little while back?
  5. I went with "Paradise City" since I didn't see "Civil War" or "Rocket Queen."
  6. Benoit/Triple H should be MOTY candidate. These two have been working house shows together since Benoit jumped to Raw and most reports say the matches are great. These two have always clicked pretty well. In 2000 they had a few good matches. In 2001 they had the awesome "Raw is Quad" tag match and the three ways with HBK have both been great this year. I'm looking forward to it, regardless of who wins.
  7. I keep seeing Eddie Guerrero's name pop. When was this?

    Dave Mustaine Speaks

MEGADETH mainman Dave Mustaine has posted a message on the group's web site explaining the debilitating injury in 2002 that caused severe nerve damage to his left arm and hand, and rendered him unable to play the guitar. Mustaine's message reads as follows:
  10. Megadeth's Dave Mustaine posted this on Megadeth.com about what's going on in their camp.
  11. Funny how you brought that up.... Many backstage feel that Kurt Angle is milking his injury for all it's worth, working the rest of the wrestlers and management in the process. Those angry with Angle point out that he worked through WrestleMania, then took the following months (traditionally the slowest months of the wrestling year) off. Now he is gearing up for a return at Summerslam for another big payday. Credit: PWTorch.com
  12. Credit: Nathan Jaynes & PWInsider.com - - - 411mania Here is the recap of Hulk Hogan's appearance tonight on FSN, with very interesting questions and answers: Hogan comes out dressed in black, getting a huge reaction from the crowd. He did his trademark poses and the audience went nuts as usual. Actor Michael Rappaport is one of the hosts and says how much he enjoyed watching Hogan growing up. They discuss Hogan being a lucky charm to the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team, leading them to the championships. Another host (who I think played for the team who lost) was saying that with Brooke Hogan singing the national anthem and Hogan rallying the crowd, beating Tampa would be futile. Rappaport put Hogan over huge, saying Hulk IS pro wrestling and is he most recognizable figure past present or future. Rappaport asked Hogan if there was a chance we could see him in the ring for a final farewell run. Hogan said never say never, and that it is likely to happen since Ted Turned is talking about starting up a new fed. This got the crowd really excited. Hogan then told the story of how he beat down the Rock and ran him over with a semi, yet still the fans clamored to him as he faced the Rock at WM18 in Toronto. The camera then panned out to see The Rock in the audience, waving to everyone. Hulk then joked around and said he and The Rock are tight, though he did beat him and his daddy. The crowd laughed and cheered. Another host asked about Hogan running for president, and he said it was all Turner and Bischoff's idea, going off a mock poll they conducted in GA and San Francisco. The poll asked who people would vote for: Hogan or Clinton, and Hogan won with 70% of the votes. Then Hulk was asked what he thought of Vince McMahon. The hosts were all very critical of Vince, saying how wrong he is in disrespecting Hogan by not using him. Hulk replied by saying Vince was a great businessman, and that he would do business with him. It was brought up how Vince is considering having Hogan at The Hall of Fame presentation at WM21, and Hogan said he hasn't heard anything from the WWE regarding it, but seemed open to doing it. Next Hulk's daughter came out and talked about Hogan being over protective when guys come over to see her. Brooke joked on how tall she is wearing heels, and how people say she is as tall as her father. They discuss a spread she did for a magazine, and an offer from Playboy. Apparently when Playboy made the offer, they had no idea Brook is only 16! It was a good segment, and Hogan come off very well and looked to be in incredible shape. He looked a lot more muscular than his last run in WWE.
  13. It has been a slow news week. Last couple weeks, actually.
  14. Better yet, let Bradshaw and Scott Steiner have a debate in the middle of the ring.
  15. Was this printed in the ever so reliable British press or was Michael Moore on TV saying it?
  16. Clash of Champions 9 Royal Rumble '92 Raw, the night Austin came out in the beer truck and sprayed down Vince, Rock, Shane, etc,. Kurt Angle's first WWF title win. Deisel debut, helps HBK beat Jannitty for the IC title. First Raw of the brand extention, also the night Eddie returned to WWE.
  17. The same voting process that wanted Test to be the new Evolution member and K-Kwik to lead the Alliance, right? How can you argue with polls like this?
  18. Kurt Angle has been telling people backstage that he wants to become an unbeatable heel and lead a stable of heels upon his return. His feeling is that Smackdown needs its own version of what Triple H is to RAW. Some have become upset with Angle for the ways he has brought up this new idea. Credit: PWTorch.com Kurt Angle is expected to return to the ring at Summerslam, likely in a match against Eddie Guerrero. Word is that Angle has finally come to accept that he will have to change his wrestling style to a safer one if he wants to continue wrestling. In the past, he has gone against doctor warnings and worked his usual style despite his neck problems. Despite the change, Angle is confident he can make it work. Credit: Torch Newsletter
  19. Atreyu are on Ozzfest this year? Ozzy should boot them for those comments.
  20. I remember Danzig had a problem little Scott Ian from Anthrax. Scott, God forbid, said in a radio interview he was a fan of Danzig and the Misfits and at the time Danzig didn't want anyone talking about his past. Danzig was supposed to do a interview at the same radio station after Anthrax. He heard Scott on the radio and called up and told them if they didn't get Scott out of there by time he arrived he was going to beat the piss out of him. So they rushed Anthrax out of the building. That's the way I remember the story, anyway.
  21. Misfits? Like, Glenn Danzig fronting Misfits? Has to be two different bands, right?
  22. Vince getting sick looks to have been a good thing. He was able to sit back and take a look at his damn show in his time off.
  23. Speaking of people who can suck a dick...
