Smarkdown Comments!
Mr. S£im Citrus replied to Crippler Crossface's topic in Smarks Wrestling Federation
The whole show was filled with promo-y goodness, courtesy of none other than the Thugg himself. I thought the promos were very good, and I really liked the reactions from the various superstars as they read their notes. BTW, would you mind educating us rooks on how Thugg got in a wheelchair in the first place? Or, at least point me in the right direction to look myself? -
How'd I miss this? Happy belated birthday, Ejiro! You old enough to drink yet? :: realizes that WC can't wish Ejiro a happy birthday without breaking kayfabe, and hits him in the back with a steel chair ::

I was framed! Framed, I tell ya! -
You know this match isn't due until tomorrow, right? Word to the wise: not a diss, or anything, but if that's what you plan to turn in... you aren't going to win...

Were you to take a drug test right now...
Mr. S£im Citrus replied to Giuseppe Zangara's topic in General Chat
I'd pass. As a matter of fact, I just had to take one today. And just for Banky, if alcohol was included, it'd still be 'no.' I haven't had a drink since I was 24. -
Short lived TV shows no one seems to remember
Mr. S£im Citrus replied to King Kamala's topic in Television & Film
I remember that show! That was "Family Hour;" it was the only show on TV at the time that me, my parents and my sister all liked. -
Tryst appears to be a little salty right about now... but then a slump will do that to you; I feel ya, dawg. :: volunteers to be knocked back down to the JL to put Tryst over in a No-Gravity match ::

I just noticed something: Suicide King only puts over other old, has-been superstars... I'm thinking someone should do one of those "insider" reports about King having heat with some of the "up-and-comers." Maybe we should do a Millionaires Club/New Blood angle... but, who should lead us?

Your First Live Event
Mr. S£im Citrus replied to A Guy Who Injects Heroin Into Kids' Eyes 's topic in The WWE Folder
First live event: Summerslam '94. I took my dad to see this. He doesn't really like wrestling, but it was great father/son bonding. First house show: Edge jerked the curtain on this show; he beat some jobber whose name I don't remember. I remember this because we got lost trying to find our seats, and almost walked into him when he was heading towards the ring (he still did the crowd entrance back then). I also remember this show because I took my ex-wife to this show, and it was pretty much the last "fun" thing we did together before we split up. -
Well, what about characters who no-sell early and often, but gradually break down? I personally like writing against characters who have extreme characteristics (max strength, max speed, max vitality); it's an interesting challenge. All these guys with cookie-cutter stats get monotonous sometimes.

Huge? I haven't won a match in like 4 shows, and another in 9. But in feud terms, yes it is. Anyways, with what limited Internet access I have (Network is all fucked up, glad I'm on right now) Congrats to all who won, especially Annie. I look forwards to maybe giving a passable showing and not having too early of an exit for the next show now... Welcome to my world, Judge; before my Hardcore Title "push," I'd lost something like seven matches in a row, and only no-showed one.

I'll try to comment on the show when I have time, but while it's on my mind... Hey Duran, what's the beef with no-sellers, anyway?

SWF Lockdown card!
Mr. S£im Citrus replied to Edwin MacPhisto's topic in Smarks Wrestling Federation
If you want to get technical, only the "Slim Citrus" portion is an anagram of my real name. I'm not one of those "initial" persons, but I guess I should officially be "Mr. Slim L. Citrus." -
SWF Lockdown card!
Mr. S£im Citrus replied to Edwin MacPhisto's topic in Smarks Wrestling Federation
I was only thinking in the sense that most of the guys who have SN's related to their character change them whenever they go through a character change (e.g, Mike, Beezel/Annie, Silent). At any rate, the difference in the two situations is that, given the nature of your history, and the storyline you just wrapped up, you probably picked the name "Atlas" because you had intended to come here from the beginning. In my case, on the other hand, I was registered on this site for almost six months before I even bothered to take a look at the fed, so my SN doesn't match my character because my SN preceeded my character. Besides which, I'm "Mr. Slim Citrus" on every message board I've ever registered to; it's an anagram of my real name. -
