"Hey, Mr. S!" I wasn't part of the draft but, had I been, Roy would've definitely been picked.

Not much of a spoiler but an answer to Craig's question:

That's where the angle is headed.

I saw it...it's ok. I'd give it a 7 out of 10. Mickey Rourke rules though. I think Non-wrestling fans will like it more cause we're not really shocked about the descent of a wrestler after his prime. It's the norm.

For now, you're a TNA original if you didn't make your name in WWE or WCW originally...hence Creed in there despite still being a rookie.
-
Hey, you're right... The kissing family, Prison rape threats, Man-on-man painting, Snagglepuss, gay dancers, etc. With the exception of 1 or 2 skits, it was pretty much all-gay.

SNL was great last Saturday! Everything Paul Rudd does is gold (I'll conveniently forget that Eva Longoria flick). I believe I may have a full-on man-crush:

Just saw the B-movie "Dark Rising" with Christian Cage. As expected from a low-budget straight to DVD horror/comedy, it was pretty bad BUT it includes what is now one of my favorite death scenes in movie history:

I half-agree. I don't think Joe is getting "buried"...at least not on purpose. TNA's booking just backfires on them more often than not. They obviously wanted Joe to look strong in defeat so they have him kick out of TWO separate jackknife powerbombs that were sandwiched by numerous exposed turnbuckle shots no less. Joe is looking BAD ASS! Then, he gets a low blow/roll up/feet on the ropes combo and it's over. Really? After all that punishment, Nash steals it (which I have no problem with) but in pretty tame/anti-climactic fashion. TNA: "We protected Joe". Well, I know what you were going for TNA but, in the end, the man who can survive all that punishment looks kinda silly when losing so "lamely" (is that a word?).
-
It's pretty much the beginning of the nWo angle again so yeah...the MEM dominated. I don't think it was a mistake to do so though. If Joe & AJ had won, I'd already lose my interest in the angle since it'd be pretty much over. As long as the Originals get their revenge at the end, they won't "WCW" this thing. That may be too much to ask from TNA but, IMO, so far so good.

Your five favourite guys/teams right now.

Depending on the speed, I can record either 1, 2, 4 or 6 hours per DVD. I tend to stick to 2 hours (SP mode) because the picture gets too pixellated after that. 6 hour mode looks like shit and I use 4 hour mode only when transferring old 3 hour wrestling PPV's.

I really enjoyed the "Ras Trent" digital short. It's been playing non-stop in my head since it aired...

I saw it 2 weeks ago (was at the Hollywood premiere)...It's okay. When it comes to Smith movies, I still prefer Chasing Amy, Dogma & Clerks.

The Wrestling Match Draft from this past summer is a damn good index for what to watch: http://forums.thesmartmarks.com/index.php?showtopic=90946

While we can keep saying "Hey, it was a roast!", I'm sure Bob Saget wouldn't have appreciated a bad Dave Coulier joke...y'know, had Dave Coulier somehow died tragically in the past decade. Maybe via Alanis Morrissette getting her revenge... Not the best example, is it?

Robin seemed awfully close with Barney a year in the future...
