Oh, and those two chocolate bars have to be cold when I'm eating them, so the chocolate comes off easier. And Rolos are best frozen.

Wrestlers who were the biggest marks...
CanadianChick replied to iggymcfly's topic in General Wrestling
I find Rob Van Dam to be a HUGE mark for himself. But I think that's more because he has a very, very big ego. -
I dunno, judging from Monday, it's more abusive ho.

When I eat Oh Henry or Skor, I have to eat the chocolate around the bar first, and then the insides.
-
I'll take that!

OKay, I admit, that whole feedback thing for AM didn't work out so well. This time, we'll only divide it in two parts. Or three. Heh. Great intro video package. I'm liking this preshow deal we have going on. Makes the anticipation for the PPV seem greater. YES! That got a huge laugh out of me. I'm quite surprised that Brock tapped, but hey, what a cool submission move to tap to, eh? Anywho, fun opening match and really, who doesn't love Killings getting killed? Good Hoff promo. I agree with whoever said it gave a Rock vibe. The Chioda dance was outta nowhere...I like it! I love the way the Love Doctors are plucky babyfaces, and damn do they do that well. Sweet way to end (although I am trying to figure out what a 640 senton splash would be--does someone known do it?) and nice involvement of the ladies in the already clusterfuck tag match. Damn, a very long intro to this match. Yeah, I can see the Shamrock/Rock comparisons. Alf! Nice 'lil promo. Fun match. The imagery you use Patty is amazing. Good opening montage. Hopefully the match is as good. I'll continue this..tomorrow!

Wrestling Moves you busted out In Real Fights
CanadianChick replied to I like Forums's topic in General Wrestling
I definitely agree. Someone here said they used the Lion Tamer on someone in a real fight? Bullshit. I used to try wrestling moves on my 12 year old cousin when I got bored, and that move is impossible to lock in unless the other person either cooperates, or is unconscious. It's just way to easy to roll around and stay on your back. Well, if they are a lot smaller than you, I can't see why not. -
How about "Life Imitating Art"? Oh don't look at me like that! You all know that Edge is sharing some of that with his best friend!
-
Because WWE forgot that Christian needed a match even though he is the pinball for the champion to make him look good. And I'm sure he'll be in a last minute match, like him and Tyson vs. Tajiri/Regal.
-
What push? You call being the ultimate loser in the Money in the Bank match a push? Or being left off the Raw-only PPV a push? Potential push, maybe.
-
Christian should really go to Smackdown. He'd be pretty good over there and I think would gel (well, out of the ring) with Cena. But yeah, the small man syndrome angle works well for him.

I have an action figure too! How sweet is it?

Wrestling Moves you busted out In Real Fights
CanadianChick replied to I like Forums's topic in General Wrestling
If I was ever in a fight with a guy, I'd use the Chyna special: the low blow. Other than that, unless I was winning and was getting cocky, nah. Actually, I'd do the Jericho Cocky pin, just to be a bitch. It's all hearsy though, as I doubt I'd get in a fight. -
ECCW's Pacific Cup Day 1 Results
CanadianChick replied to CanadianChick's topic in General Wrestling
Alright, Day 2 results. If anyone wants to add details, be my guest. Non-Tourney Matches: Nate Daniels vs. Mike Dempsy which I guess would be considered a pre-show match. Missed this, and thank god. I think Nate won, but who gives a flying fuck? Jesse Jimenez def. Tisoy. Fun little match, and the highlight of the match had to be the Family Guy sell of the nipple twist. Uh, wow that looks strange on computer screen. Derek Sanders lost to Freddy Funk. Awful, boring match. It could cure insomia. Pretty much everyone treated this as intermission. Matt Borne, Juggernaut and Abandon vs. Machete Brown (with Scotty Mac), Ladies Choice, and Seth Knight (with Brian Sommers). Fun garbage match. The highlight was probably Juggernaut's intro which was a minute and a half of listing creditials. Tournament Matches: Puma def. Dave Richards via tapout. Good match. Aaron Idol def. JJ Perez. Another good match. Idol is pretty fucking over here. American Dragon def. Black Dragon. Probably the weakest of the second round matches, but certainly not because of Am. Drag. Black Dragon used to be better, but still a pretty good match. Funny part was Am Drag begging off a little old lady to not hurt him. Pretty funny stuff. Aaron Idol def. American Dragon and Puma (first eliminated). Awesome, awesome match. One of the best live matches I've ever seen, no doubt. The reaction to Idol's win was pretty massive. -
This is the Fifth annual Pacific Cup, a tournament that features Junior Heavyweight on the West Coast, along with the occasional star from a Japanese promotion. The past winners have been Asian Couger, Black Dragon, Scotty Mac and Major Hardway. Its a 2 Day Tourney and here is Day One's results. Non-tournament: Dropkick Murphy (ECCW) pinned Derek Sanders (APW in Cali) to retain the NWA Canadian junior title with a rollup First round matches: Dave Richards (ECCW and numerous other promotions on the West Coast) made T. Kasaki submit to a crossface variation. Puma (New Japan USA) pinned Jesse Jimenez (Portland) by cradling him out of a suplex JJ Perez (APW) pinned MR2 (ECCW) with a top-rope Diamond Cutter Aaron Idol (ECCW) pinned Memphis Raines (ECCW) in the Match of the Night after a handspring into a spinning high kick Black Dragon (Portland Wrestling) pinned Scotty Mac (Just had a OVW Tryout) after a shooting star press American Dragon (Everywhere) pinned Chance Beckett (2003 Super Eight Finalist) after a top-rope backdrop Day 2 is tonight. Go to ECCW.com if you want to come out.

Yes, because midcard limbo is good for business.

Maybe not Edge like exactly, but I do like the idea of him lamenting over Batista stealing his spotlight, therefore getting the title. That promo he had when facing Batista was pretty good I though. He could mix Jericho's old conspriacy angle (although obviously not as cartoonish or silly) with him just being ultra cocky, and I think that would be a successful comeback feud with him. Hell, have him do videos too, so at one point, you have Triple H, Orton and Edge all gunning for Batista at the same time. Makes the title look important, makes Batista look good for being able to take all challengers, and gives four people something to do.

With all the superhero stuff going around, could a female superhero work in WWE? You know, sorta like Chyna, but hopefully better.
-
Yeah, that's why Taker has incorperated MMZ moves, Heidenreich is dressed like he works for PRIDE, and they tried to tell Cena has "ground and pound" offense for months. SmackDown DOES curve more towards the sport side. Taker is a guy who's dead and has mystical powers. Heidenreich reads poetry and isn't all there. Cena is a rapper, or was at least. Cole and Tazz try to sell it as more sport, but it really isn't. Anyways, didn't the Observer relatively recently say that the main audience is 35 ish? Then why not gap the two generations? I think they should go back to heros and villians, but heros with character flaws. People like larger than life heros. Why have all the superhero movies been successful if that isn't the truth? With the exception of Elektra, all the comic movies have grossed a boatload of money, no? WWE obviously shouldn't be targetting the older audience only, but they should give that audience a little attention. Draw parallels between the heros of today to the heros of yesteryear. Make simplistic feuds and angles. Let the characters make it interesting rather than the story be over the top. I'm not sure about slogan, but I think their focus should be bridging the gap.

I really, really want Craig fired next week. The guy annoys me so god damn much.
-
I like Jericho better with long hair personally. He looked best in 2003. I don't know if this is good, but here's one.
-
"The Scar is a Symbol"? That seems pretty lame to me. Oh well, good luck to him in TNA or if he comes back to WWE. Maybe it's just me, but I do find it funny that he can still talk to Lita, but can't to Edge. Didn't they both do something awful?
-
Who got eliminated?

Kotz looks like this guy who graduated from my school last year.
