I've never thought of Oklahoma as being in the Midwest...Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Iowa, and Ohio have always been my definition of the Midwest. I'd lump Oklahoma in with Kansas, Nebraska, North and South Dakota as the Great Plains (read: nobody cares about this region)
