  1. I didn't like Mania 19 that much either.
  2. Many of you who purchased the Ultimate Ric Flair Collection DVD may have noticed that upon removing the protective sticker on the packaging, the artwork for the back of the Collection's digipax became ripped. A special phone number has been set up by WWE Home Video to order replacement digipaks at 203-352-8600 ext 1022. Those who wish to get a new one for their DVDs can call and leave their name, address, and phone number and they will send one out in the mail. Reader Alex Morales sent along a link to the trailer for the upcoming Mick Foley's Greatest Hits & Misses: A Life In Wrestling DVD. It looks absolutely awesome. According to the trailer, it will include over 5 hours of Foley matches. From clips on the DVD, WWF matches you will see at least in part include The Hell in the Cell with Foley vs. The Undertaker, Foley vs. Triple H at Royal Rumble 2000, Foley vs. Steve Austin from Over the Edge, Foley's WWF championship win over The Rock in Worcester, MA, and Foley vs. Funk from Raw is War. WCW matches that are showcased in the trailer are the entire Cactus Jack vs. Vader series from 1993, Sting vs. Cactus Jack at WCW Beach Blast '92 and Cactus Jack & Maxx Payne vs. The Nasty Boys at WCW Spring Stampede 94. The Foley DVD will also feature, for the first time on a WWE release since they purchased the assets of Extreme Championshp Wrestling, ECW footage of Cactus Jack vs. Sabu (matches from the ECW Arena in 6/94 and Hamburg, PA in 11/94), Foley's farewell match vs. Mikey Whipwreck from the Big Ass Extreme Bash, Cactus Jack & Whipwreck vs. The Public Enemy from 8/94, Cactus Jack vs. The Sandman in a No Ropes Barbed Wire Match from 6/95, and Terry Funk vs. Cactus Jack from ECW Hostile City Showdown '95. 3. It's not the Bills fault that none of the Patriots started playing until week 2.
  4. Well I was in the minority that saw the first one and would have vomited if it hadn't bored me to sleep first. I hope this one isn't as bad.
  5. Like I said...they've grown on me a little. They know how to do their job, which makes them better than a certain Raw announce team that shall remain nameless. As for the division itself...I'll have to wait and see how it is.
  6. let me tell you. We swept you last year...and it was nowhere near as good as making the playoffs. I thought it would be...but it wasn't. sigh. So...new coaches next year! Cheers!
  7. Hey...that's just what I've said for years about wrestling on TV. The people that make the decisions know better, I guess. It's funny how it went from pro wrestling being cheap new programming to something no one will put on in the span of...well...a few years.
  8. *laughs at foolish Miami fan picking his team to win in December...in the snow*
  9. Tampa Bay Kansas City New England Baltimore St. Louis Carolina Buffalo New Orleans Dallas Tennessee Chicago San Diego Seattle Philadelphia Indianapolis Green Bay
  10. What does another company have to do with RoH's commentary being terrible?
  11. Uh-oh. Bionic Redneck is onto the WWE's schemes. He must be eliminated.
  12. All these people: Agent Bond34 0 razazteca 0 Rob E Dangerously 0 teke184 0 the pinjockey 0 phoenixrising 0 Gatornibs 0 bravesfan 0 CanadianChris 0 Edwin MacPhitso 0 Vern Gagne 0
  13. hmm... They sure do seem to want to test that curse.
  14. I liked the original commentary...and to be honest these guys have stopped bothering me that much. There are times though that I want to put a nail through my head.
  15. Man...I would SOOO buy a Velocity only ppv.
  16. Well...technically regardless of what Callis writes in an email the decision of whether the match will be for the title or not is going to be a storyline that runs through the show. Why? Don't ask me. They're kind of damned if they do, damned if they don't as usual. If it's non-title Sting will win, and that will make people happy...but this could be Sting's last appearance so him going over the champion is bad. On the other hand...if it is for the title you know Jarrett is winning...and no one wants to see that.
  17. Here's what I know. 1. Ratings usually go up not down after a ppv. 2. Ratings usually go up even more when there are many title changes on said ppv. 3. There were pretty much 3 main events hyped throughout the show (The Handicap match, Kane/Jericho and Foley/Orton) all of which were given actual storyline buildup during the show. 4. Ratings went down. So...either people don't want to see Foley wrestle...or people never bothered turning the show on after seeing who all those title changes went to.
  18. Last live show until January 7th as well.
  19. Look at the bright side. We'll get to listen to the worst commentary crew in the history of ever explain the rules over and over. DANGEROUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SLEEPER MOTYC!!!!!!!!!!!
  20. McNair will play next week. This week was just a perfect time for him to take a rest as they were playing at home against an offense that can't score.
  21. That's my Bills for ya. They may not win so often...but they always leave someone on IR.
  22. I can't believe how many people are surprised. IT'S DECEMBER!!!!!!!
  23. Oh...that's all?
  24. It's December in Miami once again.
  25. Foley did the right thing. I wouldn't want my first match in years to be mired in Orton mediocrity either.
