TaigaStar Enigma dustinbeaverton Marvin Deon/Douchebag/MVP

YouTube didn't have opening credits for Undeclared and The Ben Stiller Show unfortunately.

Ah poop

Alright seeing how I'm outnumbered here and don't want to find my way into the later rounds of this tournament---may I be the first to suggest a 128 poster tournament? Surely, we must showcase the works of lesser known shitty posters like TheShooter and suref142.
-
To be fair, I don't think we should have had a 64 person tournament for Best Poster. I mean TaigaStar was in it!
-
I hope this tournament is shorter than the Best Posters tournament. I mean are there really 64 posters shitty (or memorably shitty) enough to warrant a mention in this tournament? I think a 16 poster tournament would suffice. 32 might be doable too but 64 just seems excessive. And the Best Posters tournament took too long anyway. Do we really want to waste the same amount of time paying tribute to our worst?

At risk of being shunned from the General Wrestling folder, I'm willing to go as far as to say that wrestling wise, 2001 is a little bit better than 2000. They're both great but I just remember 2001 having slightly better midcard filler.

I think it was a combination of the R rating and the tired schtick. Let's face it, a lot of idiots still really like the dumb sports comedies. I really like Ferrell which is why I'm praying that he won't do another one of those damn sports comedies.

As a New Englander, I never really associated Marshmellow Fluff with our region. I loved it as a kid and still have it once in a while for nostalgia sake and I like it alright. I'd get sick of it really fast if I had to eat it regularly. To me, marshmellow fluff is to peanut butter sandwiches, what ketchup is to hot dogs. It's fine if you like it when you're a kid and it's O.K. to have in a pinch when you don't have any jelly around but there are many better options.

I believe I waited a week until I posted my "Let's talk about" thread. And mine was awesome as it wasn't about a Wrestlemania. luke-o, you didn't break the rules. It was alkeiper and whoever posted this thread. Bastards!

Who the hell is Kenny Johnson? And Mind Games is a pedestrian show outside of the main event. The only other decent match on that card was a fun strap match between Savio Vega and Justin Hawk Bradshaw. I guess Bulldog and Owen/Smoking Gunns is OK too but it's nothing to write about (Probably in the ** range). And you've got the awfulness of Mark Henry's in-ring debut and a shirtless Jose Lothario.

Guys, I think I figured out the difference between Mecca and Enigma! Enigma is the closeted homosexual who smells a little bit of gay around here. Mecca looks like Travis Tritt.

Was it the thought of Jeff Jarrett whacking Arnold Drummond over the head with a guitar that got your vote?

That Fall Brawl show is actually pretty good. Definitely the best of the Russo WCW era (granted that's not saying much). There's a surprisingly good Goldberg-Scott Steiner match, a fun six man tag between Three Count and The M.I.A., a fun match between The Filthy Animals and The Natural Born Thrillers, and Kevin Nash actually putting over Booker T cleanly. There's a lot of crap on there (Jeff Jarrett el kabonging Gary Coleman, Vampiro Vs Sting crap, typical Russo stuff) but it's probably the best choice of the bunch.

Marvin is so terrible in The CE Folder that it negates anything positive he does in any other folder

The only one I've ever eaten out of the ones you listed are Mounds and the Candy Buttons. Candy Buttons are awful but I like Mounds alright. Though if presented the choice between an Almond Joy and a Mounds, I'll almost always pick the former. Those 2 for $1 bags of candy seem like a decent idea but they're always terrible. My least favorite candy to get trick or treating as a kid was Dots. Now I haven't had them since I stopped trick or treating (I was 13, sad but true) so maybe I'd like them more now but those things absolutely repulsed me as a child.

I liked the Let's Talk About WrestleMania IV thread best mostly cause I was the one who started it! And incidentally the thread went four pages! And I agree with Bruiser- we should do one a week maximum. If people really want to start a thread about something, just don't put Let's Talk About... in front of it. I think that's a compromise we can all agree on. And I think the poster of the current "Let's Talk About" thread should pick the poster of next week's "Let's Talk About" thread.

In the past day, MVP/Deon/Douchebag has slowly gained on Marvin. That guy combines the worst qualities of Mecca and Enigma while putting his own shitty spin on posting. And damn does it annoy me how he bumps old threads for no good reason. At least Marvin has made some good contributions to the Food Folder in the past. MVP/Deon/Douchebag hasn't done anything the least bit worthwhile on this forum.

Like I said in another one of these Let's Talk About...threads (I'm thinking it was the WMV one), it's much more interesting for me to talk about mediocre or crappy WrestleManias than the good ones for some reason. This was just a really good WrestleMania. Probably the best. Almost all of the matches were good and even the ones that weren't were short. And I fear this board may become oversaturated with these "Let's Talk About..." threads.

I still watch it! Even though some of interests are a bit creepy, Bob will always be good in my book. When I first joined the board, I always used to IM him for some reason and he put up with me even though I was probably really annoying. For that, I'll always like Bob Barron.

KISS-Parasite

Well now that I know Luis Guzman and Malcolm Jamal Warner are supporting him, he's got my vote!

"Good Morning" from Kanye's last album samples "Someone Saved My Life Tonight". But I'm also surprised he isn't sampled more often.

It was good to see J.K. Simmons playing a nice guy for a change. He was probably my 2nd favorite in the movie behind Bateman's character. I liked Paulie Bleeker but how many times can Michael Cera play the same character? I'm curious to see where his career will turn out.

Didn't Cody from Step By Step appear in some direct to video Bloodsport sequels. I fondly recall his ill fated brief foray into being a direct to video action movie series after playing a dumbass on a sitcom for five or six years. Speaking of him, has anybody seen Slammed, the backyard wrestling comedy starring Cody and Zachary Ty Brian (The older brother from Home Improvement)? I maintain that it's the worst wrestling movie I've seen. Way worse than Ready to Rumble and No Holds Barred. It has Tiny Lister as a masturbating chef! That's how bad it is.
