  1. The Truthiness adds to my theory that almost all posters with terrible usernames are terrible posters. Also posters with good usernames are generally good posters. TSM: Where you can judge a book by its cover.
  2. Yeah my memory on it is a bit foggy as I only saw it once late night on IFC three or four years ago. Fun fact about Thirteen... the ending made my dad cry. Talk about an awkward moment!
  3. I bet he joins the gang on Best Damn Sports Show Period!. That is assuming that abomination is still on the air.
  4. Am I a dumbass for just realing Full House and Family Matters theme songs were sung by the same guy. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if that guy also sang the Step By Step theme song too. He had a monopoly on theme songs for cheesy early 90s ABC sitcoms.
  5. Isn't the girl who wrote Thirteen dating Marilyn Manson? No, wait, just looked it up. The girl who starred in Thirteen is dating Marilyn Manson. The girl who wrote it hasn't really done jackshit.
  6. That Torch article was terrible but then again maybe I was expecting a bit too much from a professional wrestling newsletter.
  7. It's depressing that The Truthiness is currently at #1. He sucks!
  8. I agree with a lot of the criticisms people have for this but this one is just stupid. People can't love more than one kind of music?
  9. I heard The Wire is getting a two hour finale.
  10. Drury37 is posting again. Thanks
  11. Shaddup dentist boy
  12. I tried Wendy's new fish sandwich. Not bad, I'd recommend if you're of the rare breed that orders fish sandwiches at fast food places. It's a little bit better than The Filet O Fish but not quite as good as the BK Big Fish.
  13. We can't mention special episodes of Full House and black sitcoms without mentioning the moment those two briefly merged. That moment being the episode where DJ befriended an old black man played by Whitman Mayo (Grady from Sanford and Son) and then she found out that he had Alzheimer's Disease.
  14. How about the episode of Family Ties with a young Tom Hanks as The Keaton's alcoholic uncle?
  15. How about Carlton taking amphetamines and going nuts at a school dance? We can't forget that one! It was a classic. All of those Norman Lear sitoms were good "very special episodes". All In The Family seemed to have almost as many serious episodes as dramatic and until the end, when it became sappy and transformed into Archie Bunker's Place, almost all of them were damn good.
  16. Yep, according to IMDB, it was Freddie's acting debut. An auspicious debut indeed. And none of those TGIF shows should do "special episodes". Remember the Full House where DJ overexercised? Good lord.
  17. I just watched the greatest episode of Family Matters ever. Laura got mugged by some girl gang and then thought about getting a gun to protect herself. Then one of her friends got shot and there was a big Give Up Your Guns rally at the end where Freddie Prinze Jr appeared and had like three lines as some guy who didn't want to give up his gun and URKEL RAPPED! Oh it was unintentional comedy at its finest.
  18. I always ask them to put jalepenos on my seafood sub at Subway. Am I the only one who orders the seafood sub at Subway? Heck, I don't think it's available at most Subways. I only know one that still carries it. I don't know what's in it but I like it!
  19. I thought Stewart was pretty good but nothing to write home about. I wish they'd invite Chris Rock back but there's probably a one in one thousand chance of that happening again.
  20. That was fucking hillarious. Huey Lewis! McLovin! Don Cheadle! Meat Loaf! Harrison Ford! Just awesome
  21. Hey! Bald Denzel is back!
  22. Alright I know I'm outnumbered here and I know as a registered member of the Green Party I'm not exactly an unbiased critic but regardless of what you think of Michael Moore, the dude's a talented filmmaker.
  23. Nah, I think it came out late Spring/early Summer of this year.
  24. I had a feeling that the song from Once would win. I'm not really knowledgable about who was the favorite in that category, I just thought it was the best song out of the ones performed tonight. That reminds me, I've been meaning to rent that one.
  25. '43 was Casablanca I guess I'm getting old...at 19 cause I coulda swore they skipped 1943 *shrugs*
