too bad Jericho is destined to lose.
-
Matt Hardy is gonna bust out the Brotherly Love and have Jeff show up for one night. I mean, if both of them can beat the Big Show, they should have no problem beating up Kane.
-
Actually, it's probably the time he found out RC Cola had a drink named after him.

Kane with the CONFLICTING EMOTIONS OF DOOM
-
the last time Kane and Batista went nose to nose (the contendership battle royal) Kane got a HUGE pop.

Edge Windham...the Stalker~

"...to be the best damn DANCE SQAUD IN KENTUCKY!!!"

Eugene should say "Hey Triple H...remember when you got pinned by the Ultimate Warrior?!" and then Eugene would run around crazy inside the moon room and shake the walls.
-
I have to give you credit for that one. Good stuff. For a moment, I thought Flairs partner would be the ladder. Meh...I would have rather seen the HHH Action Figure with Flair. Ric could easily carry a toy to a **** match. or at least a *** one.
-
Maybe Flair thought "action figure" was too much of an insider term.
-
A FLAIR FOR THE EUGENE~ *marks out* oh...and i'm waiting for Eugene to just look into the distance and say "Look! Mike Sanders' Pony!"
-
Jericho vs. Edge would be..... odd. Jericho vs. Orton vs. Edge... hmmmmmm... I want to work in Eugene's office.
-
Shawn Michaels hung around the ME for a bit with the dick jokes. But that was during the era were it was cool for a brief moment.
-
next week... Rhyno & Eugene win the tag titles
-
I wonder if she gets kicked off for figuring out the angle, does she still win the money? They should just make her in on it and mess with the guy.
-
Eugene's reaction to Jericho pulling the chair = Priceless.
-
I wouldn't say it doesn't "make sense" but I guess since he didn't get rid of him last week he might as well use him to his advantage. That's the kind of guy Bischoff is.
-
It does only in the sense that Bischoff loves HHH, and so does Eugene.

It's not the match. I don't care how bad a match is, the quality of commentating should always be the same. There are many purposes of commentating... 1) To put over the wrestlers. That's the biggest one. 2) To put over the story of the match (if there happens to be one). 3) To put over any storyline(s) involving the wrestlers. So if right now, Benoit wrestled against Randy Orton, the announcers should put over both men while talking about Benoit's storyline with Evolution (but mostly HHH) and also Orton's dealings with Benoit's semi-partner Edge. Having those men at ringside greatly helps, though it leads to the fans KNOWING there will be a screwy finish. If the match ended with HHH sneaking in and going for a Pedigree, only for Edge to come out and spear HHH before he can hit it (as Orton might be distracting the referee) only for the referee to turn around and see Edge AND HHH in the ring...he may either call for the bell or kick them out. If he calls for the bell, BEDLAM breaks loose, as all four men just starting beating the crap out of each other, ending in either the heels retreating or beating up the faces. If the ref kicks them out of the ring and keeps the match going, Orton has a chance to move in and steal one from Benoit, though that could lead to even MORE shenanigans from HHH and Edge, and eventually Benoit would win or the match would go to a DQ and the brawling would happen either way. No matter what, it's assured the segment would end with a) Evolution celebrating or b) Evolution running away. The fans should be programmed to know that by now (but it's more of a smark foregone conclusion), but the announcing can still make it seem that much more exciting by adding the drama to it that only they can, since they can be vocal and the wrestlers really can't.
-
Oh, and like WE can see how? It's stupid business-wise. There's no way you can spin it and make it look good. It's more than silly. It's sad...and that sucks, it also sucks...and that's sad.

U.S. Government vs Video Games Part 97
The Amazing Rando replied to MarvinisaLunatic's topic in Video Games
That Tennessee case from last year is completely bogus. I said it here when it first hit the news, and i'll say it now... My sister should sue MTV/Viacom for her bad taste in music making her buy shitty CDs... and I should go on a killing spree and then blame it on depression because my lotto tickets never won, then go after the state lottery commission. Just like this is a messageboard...people should realize that they are just games, and if they can't distinguish between game-world and real-world, they have no right to play them in the first place. -
The Hogan vs. Vince storyline was on Smackdown because that was where Hogan was. They weren't just going to have Hogan "fired" and then show up on Raw, because Vince at that time wasn't on Raw...and Hogan would have went to Smackdown & Stephanie as "Mr. America" to get back on the show and mess with Vince some more. Also, and while this is just conjecture and hypothesis...it probably holds water... Vince didn't want to take the spotlight away from his (at that time) future son-in-law who happened to be headlining Raw.

U.S. Government vs Video Games Part 97
The Amazing Rando replied to MarvinisaLunatic's topic in Video Games
Nothing that makes that much money will ever be "banned". The Video Game Industry is a multi-BILLION dollar industry...same as pornography, alcohol, tobacco, and so forth. They aren't "banned". There are limits here and there of course, but they definitely are not OMG BANNED~ It will always be the same story and the video games will still be here at days end.
