*remembers Brock/Angle* It isn't going to be all that memorable...especially thanks to commercial breaks. I missed Tajiri--glad to see him back. I meant live. I'll be attending Raw. Or maybe you got what I meant...I'm assuming they don't pause during commericals. That would be quite the show there... *Commercial Break* Ref: STOP GUYS...Commercial! *Benoit and HHH stop what they are doing, and both drink YJ Stinger and chat about the meaning of life* Ref: 10 seconds till LIVE! *Benoit suplexes HHH just as they go live, as JR talks about Benoit making a comeback during the break*

Is Triple H slugging Jericho in the background of the JR/King shot?

barring a few exceptions...it is very Radio. Any station in my area (and that's not many) probably play most of those songs, as Inc said. I think it would have been better to see you try to make a 60's CD that contained popular songs that wouldn't get much radio-play today. Personally, I mark out for the song "In The Year 2525", but I don't know about anyone else.

Oh...and I love seeing Where's Waldo everywhere. He kicks the Dancing Baby's ass. The best was him popping up in "Gin & Juice" -

Well they will probably do "I Love The Nineties version 2.0" in a few months...so then they can cover that stuff. -
I have come to say goodbye to JSYK... and that it's a KOI Pond. That is all.

SWF Storm Card, July 17th!

Well I did "psycho face" in an old e-fed, and I was extremely dark and sinister. It only really worked because of who I was fighting against. -

*thinks about Edwin's idea* ...if Clark was a heel, I'd probably try it. Since he isn't, well... i have my ideas. -

SWF Storm Card, July 17th!
The Amazing Rando replied to the.weej's topic in Smarks Wrestling Federation
Thanks Z... I apologize for getting bent out of shape about it, but it just seemed odd. Thanks for the clarification and I wish Janus would delve more into the character background, as it seems to be quite intriguing. I know he has before for certain stretches, but the character in itself is one of the deeper characters in the fed, and that is something that I always like to see. Now I just have to figure out how to write with a flimsy neck. -

Hey...the RU was a mistake. I take full blame for it. But I feel it is utterly STUPID that TWICE Alan Clark has been the victim of moves that should for all intents and purposes be saved for high profile matches and other such things. I used the OTD on Maddix as a one time thing...but now I feel like I should just walk around hitting it on random people just for the hell of it, even though in kayfabe it is nearly if not just as powerful as the RU or the Demonstar. Hell, Ced never used it because he never had a reason to. I know that I no-showed, but even a storyline reason of "Janus sending a message to Toxxic and Flesher" is barely acceptable. Sorry for the venting, I expected a "normal" head drop like the ADF II, not a legend killer like the Demonstar. I shouldn't even be booked on this show for going through it. Oh, and as for Toxx's "five person" comment, that's really stupid too. Bloodshed has appeared twice since last year, once during the promo for the HVT match, and once against Dace. That's it. Apostle hasn't been around ANYWHERE. Don't even get me started on the Disney stuff. Alan is simply who he is now and i'm keeping him that way. I only listed them in my stats as a bit of history, and in case there was ever a storyline down the road where it would be acceptable to go back into them. I don't see that happening. -
Well, I've come to (more than likely) apoligize for either a horrible showing or a no-showing (depending on whether or not Flik can do ANYTHING). I just recently started a new job and the 8 hour days at all concievable hours are killing my sleep schedule and any time i would have to concentrate on writing. Luckily, I have the next two days off and can devote time to the tag team title match (if we are booked in it). So I am sorry. I gave it my best shot, but I feel my story for the match wouldn't have been near as good as what the fucking WORLD CHAMPION would have come up with... I'm just asking not to be dropped on my head again, it's things like vicious nasty instant death head drops that can really damper a day.

Why? Id rather have it on..yah know...a REAL TEAM than another comedy team that will take away from the importance of the belts. What Importance? The tag team titles have none whatsoever. They have importance due to the following: - La Resistance defeated two guys who are in the uppercard/main event - even though Benoit/Edge wasn't a "real" team, they still had rub with them, as Edge is a multi-time tag champion and Benoit is World Champion. - they have continued winning decisively and the crowd gives them heat, no matter how nationalistic it is. As long as La Rez continues winning and winning decisively, they could bring back importance to them. They need to get in some sort of DECENT feud as well, to help establish them even more as Champions, and not just "those french-canadian guys"

Are you INSANE? I mean, come on now. Do I want him to return? Sure... but only if he can physically do it. Wrestling is his LIFE, as an amateur greco-roman style wrestler to being a professional sports-entertainer...it's his life. It must kill him every day to know that he can't be in the ring wrestling. Yeah, it was his refusal of slowing down that got him to this point, but he wanted to give it his all every single time. I'm sure he'll slow down when he comes back this time, because he's close to permanent injury. But I support him returning if he can still go. It's his life and I do not advocate taking someone's life away from them if they still have the passion and the ability to do it. The idea of having a heel stable though...I don't like that idea. That would seem as though they were following in Raw's footsteps, and it would make it seem like Angle was trying to "be like HHH", and that is the last thing he needs to be doing. I could see a FACE stable forming, however, though more as a "i help you, you help me" type of deal instead of a full fledged team... say Eddie, Cena, RVD, and Rey Mysterio ...sure, Rey hasn't done much against Angle or anything, but I like the idea of Rey & RVD teaming consistently. RVD and Cena could also play the "tensioned teammates" as both want the US Title, which could make for some interesting match-ups as time progressed.

I should have PMed Zack about the use of both members of HB, though I wasn't expecting that kind of story out of them. Oh well... shit happens, I guess. EDIT: and my match also is incredibly disjointed because i wrote the beginning and then jotted down my ending, but by the time I got all the little pieces in place, I was pretty close to the word limit and just had to do a very tiny edit job to make the two pieces fit together in any kind of logical sense. -
putting Val with La Rez would be good if he once again dropped the Venis name and went with his real one. He would get UBER heel heat from it too.

Big Show will come back as a face, I bet, to feud with heel Angle after Kurt is done with Eddie.
-
I think Cena has his own nice little rut of challengers lined up so much so that while Cena MAY get involved in the Eddie vs. Angle storyline, it would only be as a help to Eddie ... and may even lead into the whole Cena vs. JBL idea that I threw around in the "Summerslam" thread. Eddie/Cena vs. JBL/Angle as a SD Main Event sounds like a car wreck, but Eddie and Angle could easily carry it to *** or more.
-
Atilla the Hun, he was all for population control. Now, I was NEVER at any time simply writing this to say "oh, look...Raw is better than Smackdown..." because in theory they are equals, but Raw is like the overacheiver compared to the lazy SD that doesn't do it's homework. That was what I was trying to prove, because people are always simply saying "well Smackdown sucks" but hardly anyone ever mentions the fact that they have the right tools, but they just don't seem to use them in the same way Raw does.
-
oh...i'm not trying to develop that story. I do not want to continue to beat the dead horse that would come out of it, but I thought for this match that it seemed to be something that could be brought up, even if it was in the context of a "bonzo gonzo" type moment toward the end.

Technically, Maddix... I would believe after that superkick before 13th Hour, Eddie J would be ITCHING to rip your head off (even though you are on the same team). I would have liked to have seen that explored, as it could have lead to some nice brawling at times.
