Eh, Dillon was a victim of too many good RBs in the AFC. I'd put Bruschi in over Ray Lewis (who is having a fairly mediocre season by his standards), though, but that's just me thinking he's the most underrated player in football. Can't fault Farrior being there.

Count me in on the praise for the Miller signing, but that now makes THREE guys on the team whose name sounds the same but is spelled differently (Miller, Mueller, Millar). Can we find another spelling? Oh, and those who have NESN: The Red Sox movie is on. I watched it Thanksgiving night. Pretty crappy, actually. I wanted to duct tape Angry Bill's and those two annoying ugly broads' mouths shut.

Can anyone point me to some sort of recap of this week's ep? Forgot it was on at 8 and I got home too late. I trust Hayden's breasts were in full display?

Everyone ends up changing theirs, so who cares?

I still can't wrap my head around the belief that winning 21 straight games is mostly luck, and not the fact that they have a shitload of playmakers and a coaching staff that loves to befuddle their opponents. If BenRo wins 15 straight games and the Superbowl, will THAT be luck too?

Man, you'd think that Vasquez would WANT to go back to the NL. Guess we know who the new Cracker Jack guy will be at Yankee Stadium next season.

I'd say The Tuxedo started Jackie Chan's tailspin in this country, and his follow-up projects just continued it. The Tuxedo was just so un-Chan like it wasn't funny. Crappy premise (Inspector Gadget ripoff really), horrible script (come on, an evil BOTTLED WATER DISTRIBUTOR?!), and NOBODY bought "Jennifer Love Hewitt: Action Star." Both Shanghai movies were pretty good for Chan movies, though, and I liked both the Wild Western setting and Owen Wilson in them.

Trish knows that if she ever wants to do it, she'll probably get a much bigger paycheck from Playboy for her alone than if she does it with a bunch of other women. Stacy has nothing upstairs, so no loss there and Steph isn't nearly as attractive as she was in 2000. Victoria, Lillian, and Christy are ones that pique my interest. Might be an issue to pick up.

Horrid loss last night, worse than the Steelers since at least you can say "well, Pittsburgh just beat them in every facet that day" instead of seeing your team do things that you have never seen them do before. Brady's always had problems against Miami in Florida, so I think his performance was more of an aberration (just some STUPID decisions and floaty passes. He did throw 3 TDs though). Miami's offense didn't really do anything special themselves, but they took advantage of every Pats mistake giving them a short field alongside some questionable defensive decisions (putting Troy Brown on D one-on-one against a guy 5" taller than him in crunch-time?) If there's one postive from this it's that the Pats always bounce back from bad losses, so I think they should take care of the Jets on Sunday.

If I was Indy, I'd rather get the 4 seed over the 3 seed, since the 3 seed will play the 6 seed, and that might be Buffalo, Jacksonville or Baltimore, teams with very good defenses. I think Indy would probably have a better chance at home against the Jets instead of facing a real tough defense, and then facing ANOTHER one on the road the next week.

Well, it makes the NFC playoffs that much more interesting at least. I know an AFC team is most likely winning in Jacksonville, but at least I have a reason to watch FOX's coverage now.
-
Wow, the NFC is blown even more wide open now that the best team's best (or second best) player is down. I have no idea who will represent them in the SuperBowl this year now.
-
6 had Schilling's performance, and ESPN eats that stuff up, so it will be on there.

Probably sometime next week (around New Years) They're definitely going to put ALCS games 4-5-6 on there, and maybe WS game 4, since that was the clincher. I'd also put NLCS game 5 on there, the greatest game barely anyone saw. Pats-Panthers is a given as well.
-
Wow, GREAT balance not falling into the end zone there. Truly a pity that they might not make the playoffs while a team in the NFC might win their DIVISION with an 8-8 record.
-
You know, it's funny that Rivers was picked in-between, but the other two are starting, and the team he went to (after dragging his feet in negotiations) is saying "Hmm, maybe this Brees kid isn't that bad." It would be hilarious if Rivers gets traded twice before he even plays an NFL game.
-
Guess we've found another way for them to get those "Divas" on TV each and every week. Not that I'd COMPLAIN.
-
I guess Jerry Rice can still do it. Great one handed catch in the back of the end zone, keeping his feet in. EDIT: Geez, it's "Make a highlight reel catch, win a plush toy" day at the Meadowlands.

The Pats' D just couldn't stop Bettis, the secondary gave up some long bombs from BenRo (going after Gay the first time he comes in was a stroke of genius), they had ZERO running game, and Pittsburgh was on fire. They didn't "throw in the towel" for anyone; Brady actually had a decent day (save for the INTs).
-
Can't really argue with the refs there. The feet just got tangled up.
-
Giants will have their secondary and their secondary alone to blame if they lose this.
-
TD Tiki, Giants with the lead again. Gotta hand it to Eli; he didn't get discouraged from last week's disaster and has brought it to the Steelers. Two point failed, Giants 30-26.
-
More specifically, the secondary. They're letting Ward and Randle El run free for 20-30 yard completions.
