I think it'd be a suicidal move for NWATNA to build a big event around Hulk Hogan if all he's willing to give them is a verbal agreement.
To answer your question, "What's in it for Hogan ?"
Well, if the NWATNA bods build around Hogan but don't have him locked into a written contract, then he's in the perfect position to get himself back into the WWE.
He doesn't have to prove he's a draw to do it either, you think Vince could resist swooping him out from under the noses of NWATNA on the eve of their big night ?
NWATNA have to get his name on a piece of paper, otherwise they're setting themselves up for a huge fall.
